Hi there!

Im new to your site and I only wish I had found it earlier. My queriy is about one of the casinos on your rogues list so I know Im gonna face a challenge. I currently have $390 in Crystal Palace which I have been subsequently blocked out of (as have many people it seems for fraud!?!?!). All I want to know is do you know of any ways I may be able to contact them to get a better chance of getting my money? If no other ways than email, does anyone what chance I have of seeing my money on a scale of 0 to 10?

Many thanks!

A feeling rather stupid, misterv

Hi misterv,

And welcome to the forum. Too bad you chose this casino to play at. What a bummer.

First off, I'd lodge a complaint with the advertiser that referred you to the casino.

Feel free to shame and name them here.

If your deposit was made via Neteller, I would suggest lodging a complaint with them as well: PR@NETeller.com

Oliver Curran, the manager of Crystal Palace, is a member of this forum.

You can PM him to let him know what's up, but be advised he might call you names and try to hurt your feelings.

Thanks for replying.

I still have heard no word from the casino and I now fear the worst. I feel pretty stupid for playing this casino without checking it out. I know it says in your Pitch A Bitch rules that you cant do anything with this casino but I also read you are in contact with the owner of the casino . If you could sort somethign otu I would be most grateful and would tip very handsomely.

If you cant, I fully understand.

Thanks again

Uh, the last thing the operator told me was "Why are you emailing me deal with RTG you prick"

It's all here:

He certainly has a way with words, this operator! Very diplomatic and courteous....

A guy with the user name rod729 has been sending pm's to people who have been shafted by this individual. he is owed $3100, talking about taking some sort of legal action. I wish him and any who join him to help all the best. I keep telling myself that what goes around comes around and one day he will rip off the wrong person. Don't ask me why I'm talking like that, maybe it's because I watched the old classic movie 'The Sting' last night! I think he is treading on thin ice and I'm sure he will get his come-uppance one day. He has brought out an evil streak in me I never knew existed! The love of money and all blah-blah-blah- Casinomeister... there must be a way! :notworthy

Dear misterv,
I am trying to take some kind of legal action as it's the only thing left. Oliver says he won't pay. So I might as well as join together with as many people who have been screwed and lump our case together. Who knows where it will go, but I have nothing to lose. I'll try to keep you informed.

I just got yet another withdrawl rejected for no reason and no explanation from Club Mardi Gras. Keep me up to date as to anything you guys are doing with those casinos. It's been too long a time and they haven't paid me. Thanks.
