Hi, i am new to this forum and relatively new to online gambling, I had been playing at "mgold " casino for about a month and I won a large amount of money and actually got it up to almost $5,000, anyways I initiated the withdrawal of $3,600 and well keep reversing the transaction till i was left with $1,000 at that point I knew to stop anyways they sent me a transaction code and said it would take about 4 days(putting it on 10/5/06} to clear back into firepay, well on the 5th day i started sending them emails, and calling them, they answered the phone on my first three attempts, saying that they were updating their software, well i have sent probably close to 20 emails to every conceivable address with NO response to ANY of them! they have not answered their phones as of last Sat. And I do not know what to do! I started checking my transaction history with them and the "pending withdrawal" has mysteriously Disappeared , although next to that transaction it states:"waiting" I have emailed "playtech" and the Kuannua gaming board but have yet to have any response. Please any advice on how to deal with this would be appreciated! Also how to you capture screenshots of the Transaction pages at the casino? well thank you all for listening i am so thrilled that there is a site like this on the net! take care, vikeyrose

Hello

Im new too but I can tell you this. That happened with 32Vegas. I got paid, but first it went from "pending" to "waiting" you are making progress , I bet you'll have it in about 3 more days.

If Im wrong, Im sorry. Im just going by the words your using and what I experienced with a payout from that same kind of payout system

Good Luck

Monico Gold is the correct name....

On their opening "Logo" its "mgold", , thank you for responding, its very upsetting to feel like you got shystered and have no where to turn. I still have heard nothing from them and their phones are still conveniently down. I think they are affiliated with "cd Poker" also. thanks again, vikeyrose
ALSO thank you for the "Welcome"! and yes i did check the contact list and did not find the Monico Gold Casino.

If you havent gotten it yet, and its been a week (give or take a day) Pitch a bitch to Bryan. They are not responding. Time for action. Waiting means "waiting for you to spend the rest! lol!(really, I dont know what waiting means but they are wayy over due to pay out.)If there is an issue Bryan will find it. Dont wait anymore..go to main and find Bryans (casinomeister) page. Ps..other members recommend that you uninstall your software to keep you from spending the last of your money..good idea (ive done it!) Welcome !:)
