Help for New & Blue?

    Hey, Thanks to everyone for the replys & verifications (tee hee) anyway, I have another question I would really appreciate if anyone can help me with. I played the other day at (I dont want to mention the name yet) and made two deposits, both small amounts $50 & $40, when I logged off and received the verification emails, to my surprise I was billed twice for the second one $40 + $40. When I contacted the Casino they told me that it was unlikely to go through my bank account and to call back Monday during office hours. Well, after viewing my online bank statement it showed it DID go through my account and when I called to tell them that, they again said call back on Monday. So, has this happened to anyone else? And if it did, did you get your money back?

    I had that once (credit card) and got my money back. It was an accredited casino.

    It happened me on global player. They paid back and put same amount of bonus to my account ($20)

    I thought they meaned $20 is important for you but not for us: )
