Is there anyway to see what the average slot returns are for the major software brands, (Microgaming, Cryptologic, Playtech etc)?

A lot of this info used to get published. I remember reading 32red's slot payouts a long time ago but I can't seem to find Crypto's info anywhere and the other sites are pretty sporadic as well.

You can google it....

but most sites I have found aren't current, meaning the payouts they post are not current.

I am answering you because I am tired of people not answering others questions.

What good is a forum where nobody replies to members questions?

I think the short answer is: No - not easily.
You could try Googling for them; for example I Googled '+slots +"payout reports"' and found some links to casino specific monthly reports, but I realise this is probably not what you're after.

Please let us know if you do manage to find the data as I'm sure many people here would be interested to know.

Bump.

Maybe some reps will chime in. Most of the data I've found is for returns from 2+ years ago, and while many of the games haven't changed (and I'd assume its reasonable to think that Microgaming/Playtech slots for example have the same return as they've always had) it'd be nice to know for some of the smaller software brands like Netent/Cryptologic/etc.

Cryptos in particular I think are set pretty low, but I'd like to know how low before I tell my friend he should abandon a site he has pretty good experience with in cashout times because he's getting fleeced playing slots with 9-10% HA which is pretty much what all the data I've found on cryptos seem to report.

Virgin Casino publishes their payout rates in their notes about the games. The interesting thing is they now have a few Microgaming games:

The RTP for Avalon is 96.01%.
The RTP for Thunderstruck II is 96.65%
The RTP for Mega Moolah is 94.12% << not sure on this one, previous info I had suggests more like 89%
The RTP for Tomb Raider – Secret of the Sword is 95.22%.
The RTP for Clover Rollover is 93%.

Just go to their casino site, click slots at the top to browse their games and click game details and it is in there for most of their games.

Interested in Rival slots? I have payout rates for most of them but as most people seem to think they manipulate things I don't know how truly accurate they are.

If you want the payouts for 3Dice slots, just go here:

I know WW slots publishes the expected return right within the pays page of a game, but you'll be hard-pressed to find info on any of the other major brands, as they consider this information "secret" - why, no one knows.

Thanks Slotking, appreciate the response and transparrency of 3 dice. 3 months later, I've found basically nothing that has any kind of concrete data.

Be aware that the Zeitgeist is not reflective of the RTP setting of the Slot. It gives you the rolling RTP in live play.

I understood most of them to be set at about 95% the last time I asked. Im sure Support would give you the RTP of their games.

Afaik the software provider "Wagerworks" also makes available it's payout %.

Many casinos just display the month(s) RTP but I feel they should display this *and* the static return of the actual game. This would inform the player better imo.

EDIT: Just checked Boyle's Casino is Wagerworks. You guys should really try and get a licence to serve Australians. I would love to try your slots.

Also, I know Wagerworks is related to IGT which is one of the most (if not the most) transparent software provider there is.

There is a list of all those %'s

Sorry, I haven't updated that page in nearly a year now, so none of their newest slots are on it.

We publish the RTP for all of our games in the Payout tables. Happy to provide anyone with specific game RTP's should they want them.

Of course u do. Are they ungodly high? They must be. IGT is the cream. Please come and sell me some casino services. I am right down the I-80 from IGT's headquarters... You can sell me a bet or two. I won't tell anyone.

Lemme sweeten this deal; I will give u guys 15 percent of every deposit up front, just cut it out and stick it in the safe, plus ur house advantage, just for 2 hours a week of Davincis Diamonds and Wolf Run; how can u turn ur back on that?

I wish I was kidding...
