Hi I am “HelpNeeded”. I came across this forum whilst looking for information regarding an online casino that I have concerns about. I have recently stopped gambling but have been in a battle trying to withdraw my money. I hope there is someone that may be able to give me some advice 🙏

Thank you! So I joined an online casino called Kaboom Slots. They are not allowing me to withdraw my funds despite me being compliant with all of the terms and conditions (no bonus wagered, verified etc)
I am looking into this site and have some serious concerns. My payments that have been made to Kaboom Slots have gone to various random companies (Skin care Nigeria etc)
Can anyone shed any light?

Probably best to contact your bank and charge back your deposits because it’s highly unlikely you will get a withdrawal! @maxd might be able to assist you

Take it you have self excluded or used Gamban before using this site.

Yes unfortunately I was in a bit of a rough patch with life and without thinking I found this site on Google. Appeared to have good reviews but I’ve just read some worrying ones on Trustpilot

Maybe, though from what I can tell this casino is unlicensed and therefore beyond the control of any regulatory body. In other words they operate in the wild west of the internet and can do whatever they like and there is no governing body to tell them otherwise. This usually means bad news for players.

TBH, TP is pretty much your worst go-to site for reviews
I would agree, but I cannot find any other reliable reviews other than 5 star ratings which look now as though the site has composed them themselves?!
The trust pilot reviews very much mirror my experience.

Thanks I will follow that link now. Im shocked that a site that looks so credible has no license - my fault for signing up I know 😔

TP, far more than often, attracts disgruntled players than positive reviews, so, unfortunatey, you never quite get a balanced review
Best bet, is use the search function here, see if there is an exisiting thead, or, barring that, start a thread as you have done, and see if there's player experiences

dude your not going to get any money from them. consider it a life lesson.

Indeed wild west - no company info, no license info, no affiliate program :/
Just a horror place

I used to find it a good laugh after trying to fix any issue via casino live chat or the 'specialist' email consumer dept; the really dodgy casinos though no doubt place fake glowing reviews on there imo.
