Kinda sucks when u live with about 100units at this one address I really do only have one account in my name with this address and one email and we all share 1 internet service and casino says I have more than one account incorrect if I did it would have said at sign up multiple accounts do other old people play there I dunno prob well so only 1out of 100 people at this address can play there now that’s a joke are rooms have different numbers ??lol wow not happy at all

Did you try to make a withdrawal or just signing up to a new casino?

I am sure someone could help you sort that out just tell us what happened exactly if its ok :)
 
Ya just signed up zodiac played cashed out 3500 gave me a. Transaction number said it would be reversible for two days then deposited so then during game play the next day account locked during game play I enaiksled asked y they said to protect me as my money to send documents in to payments department I did and to risk management wanted docs as well no prob passport bill bank info then they never emailed back I emailed everyday no reesonce I quess u drugged risk management so bad they finally said your account is closed we confiscated your withdraw for having multiple accounts from email or address or pc or your details well I do not if I had account before this system will not allow that it knows so impossible my pc no only me so not happy they r wrong if someone has same name iidunno almost gunna give up I don’t know what they are doing but it was almost to. Me seemed like one thing after another not happy

If you truly only have one account with this casino then you should submit a complaint as mentioned above :)

I know this is frustrating for you and as you said earlier you are not good with computers but I am sure people on here can help you with that so don't give up.

I don't know this casino, is there a rep for Zodiac anyone?
