Hi,

I'm Sam and registered on the forum after I read a very interesting thread on the Betfair Casino 'fiasco' where punters had bonuses/winnings confiscated following a badly organised promotion around 18 months ago.

I participated in what Betfair called their 'FREE5' casino bonus promotion last weekend and had my winnings confiscated due to them admitting the promotion was 'set up incorrectly' meaning a player could win multiple £5 bonuses during the promotion period by depositing in the casino and fulfilling the minimum wagering amount (£1).

Did anyone participate in this promotion or know where best to post in the main forum?

Well hopefully no "seasoned" members of the forum will still be playing at BetFair these days anyway, after their scandalous actions last year, which led to their justified roguing!
What they did was appalling and I can't believe they would be so stupid as to do it again, if that's what you are saying.

I would say you already know that it was to good to be true right? This is what's called taking advantage and can't see how any players would demand to have their winnings. Makes me feel sick thinking of all us poor gamblers who never takes advantage of anything but just plays with clean cash deposits. To get money from one shot at it is fine no bad word about that
