Hi, from Texas. I'm here because I was approached by the former GFED casino in an email, introducing their new company USAFREEDOMCASINO for U.S. Players.
I downloaded the software and it is the same as the original GFED software.
Apparently, US players can deposit through the "new" USEMYWALLET they offer.

Somewhere, during the downloading process and attempts to use the ewallet, I encountered the "Certificate/Signature" licensing warning,(courtesy of my computer). Here's something worth noting: The location they provide is SNAKE OIL, CA. I guess not too many people bother to check.

If "Snake Oil" California doesn't send you a Lightening Bolt to RUN as fast as you can to remove their software, I don't know what will! I just hope I haven't compromised my computer!

WHAT was I Thinking???

welcome grasshopper:)i think i would be running too with a name like snake oil,ca popping up as a location:D sounds fishy:eek:

Yuk, I was thinking more along the lines of the character from the old Kung Fu
tv series. Keith Caradine maybe? I forget but anyway, WELCOME grasshopper. :)

Snatch the pebble out of my hand.... :D

And welcome to the forum.

Snake Oil Ca.? Ha ha. That's funny.

Welcome glasshoppel:thumbsup:

Looks like a half-baked casino.

STEP 3: Generating X.509 certificate signed by Snake Oil CA [server.crt]
Certificate Version (1 or 3) [3]:
Signature ok
subject=/C=US/ST=Texas/L=Snake Town/O=Snake Oil, Ltd/OU=Webserver Team/CN=www.snakeoil.dom/Email=www@snakeoil.dom
Getting CA Private Key
Verify: matching certificate & key modulus
read RSA key
Verify: matching certificate signature
../conf/ssl.crt/server.crt: /C=XY/ST=Snake Desert/L=Snake Town/O=Snake Oil, Ltd/OU=Certificate Authority/CN=Snake Oil CA/Email=ca@snakeoil.dom
error 10 at 1 depth lookup:Certificate has expired
OK

o conf/ssl.csr/server.csr
The PEM-encoded X.509 certificate signing request file which
you can send to an official Certificate Authority (CA) in order
to request a real server certificate (signed by this CA instead
of our demonstration-only Snake Oil CA) which later can replace
the conf/ssl.crt/server.crt file.

WARNING: Do not use this for real-life/production systems

It's Not over Yet

I guess I didn't get away fast enough. My Primary email mailbox is FULL of SPAM now! And this is After I had deleted my "Disposable Email Address" that I used for this casino.

I'm a bit worried. Any suggestions?

Welcome :)

If you didn't give your primary email address to them, the spam coming into that address is unrelated to that casino......They would have no way of finding your primary address, if you gave them a throwaway....

Thanks for that info. You're right, I 'did' use my primary address, accidentally on one email that I sent to them.
I sent a few emails, because I was chomping at the bit to get to play, again, and got sloppy on the One!

That explains it all.

Now, can you make it all go away??? :notworthy
