Monitoring accounts is what one expects, after all it keeps me safe in the knowledge that they got my back, and care.

Also shows they always have their eye on the ball at all times, should the need arise for them to check play styles or detect fishy betting patterns prior to voiding big wins, in combination with the software provider of course!

But really they can throw stats my way until the cows come home. It's when they utilize those stats to prohibit my gambling is where the problem lies

It seems to be happening all over, loads of nagging with implied accusations re being a problem gambler. I haven't had a spin/bet count relayed to me though, but more general 'activity alerts' and 'do you know you can use our responsible gambling controls' even the day after I lost about a tenner

probably a generic, tick box operation to please the ukgc and convince them they take responsible gambling seriously, all the while most of the games take an hour to get 1 bonus if you're lucky, or games like royal mint which dangle an extra special bonus if you play the game for 5 hours, but it turns out this extra special bonus is 99 times/100 ***t

I hate these new message pop-ups reminding me how much I'm down in a session, every hour, talk about triggering me to chase even more!  :(

Those bloody popups that appear (usually during a feature) drive me insane. I scream at the screen "fuck offfffffff" when they pop up.
Yeah agree mate the rage it happened other day pop up during bonus and it said you’ve been playing for an hour it kicked me out the game and restarted game bonus was trash as well makes ya wonder lol

Most volatile slots take 5000 bets to bonus
Imagine having a wager requirement the pop up would be something like ‘please try and beat the wager with the least amount of spins possible’ so we don’t have to keep popping up

more nanny state bullshit that just winds me up day after day,how about a function for the rest of us who are quite happy about the control we have over gambling that enables us to turn off the endless messages which quite frankly makes me feel patronized

Agree with the box ticking exercise, getting automatic emails the next day after playing with PP and Sky Vegas .

I don’t think playing for an hour is excessive. Especially after just going after a bonus which doesn’t appear for 2 hours ....

They should be sending messages to the providers , “the player has spent 2 hours and 2000 spins without a bonus , if you think this is not responsible gambling then please reprogram your games “

You sound like you need a time-out from slots mate :p

Its getting outrageous isnt it, lost count of the amount of casinos i am done with due to this kinda BS, seems the best thing for quitting gambling in 2020 is actually attempting to gamble..

I here ya getting bored, found new thing Facebook, tons of live bingo, via watch party, you have to join group, most only Canada, Last week spent 60$ won 420$ paid instant via etransfer, same way you buy in. Somthing different anyway. And no kyc lmfao ✌

They have started a shit load of bingo groups on bakebook over here which is a fucking nightmare waiting to happen.
I was quizzing my mates wife on how these games work you order the amount of books you want and they have local sellers in the greater Belfast area who deliver to your door (cash on delivery) if you were lucky enough to win they Paid by bank Transfers until they had their bank accounts closed due to anti money laundering.
Now if you win the cash gets delivered to your door this is a fucking nightmare waiting to happen and I suspect could be a nightmare for Facebook for hosting unlicensed gambling.

No you agree when you join it's a gift don't agree no join, when you win a game John so and so congratulations on winning the block bingo game your GIFT of 200$ has been sent, GIFT is how they get around that. ✌

It's not many months ago when it was posted here and discussed quite widely that based on UKGC additional COVID security, all sessions over one hour need to be considered possibly harmful (first version IIRC was to interact with all who reach that one hour but the phrasing was a bit changed as making it mandatory to email, call, send pop-up to all who play one hour would be quite a spamming :)

I had an email from Casumo a few days ago , apparently a couple of four hour sessions are enough to get you blocked from depositing until you have replied to their email and they are happy again..

I haven’t deposited there for the last 3 to 4 weeks , so why I got an email a few days ago doesn’t make sense. Also I am well below the monthly deposit limit that they set for me , the same one I didn’t ask for.

I did reply and explained that as a UK player that can’t do bonus buys , a lot of games nowadays could make you play for 2 hours with no bonus . So we would like some fun or reward for the thousands of dead spins.

I haven’t had a reply yet.

Sorry casino fuckers , you can’t have it both ways .

Also streamers with various casinos are allowed to do 8 hour streams , and get match bonuses , yet a customer plays for an hour or more and gets no bonus match, but gets a question about responsibility????????

What a joke.

Is there one rule for paying customers and another for casino promoters ??

I would like to see a fair playing field .

Sadly this nanny state had to happen.

It was a reaction to years of Wild West behaviour form many casinos, the big ones included.

You have to have regulation where money and offers and the kind of advertising this industry uses.

Sadly it affects real core players aware of terms and conditions and the stunts some rogues use more than some impressionable divvy who watched chip spin £40 on a Monday morning.

The UKGC imo have the balance totally wrong in one sense (no autoplay) (taking a age to spin) is utterly tripe.

Yet ignore streaming (sorry but it’s true) and the false advertising of gambling they Ignore..

The silly twats took ages to get the lock withdrawal for example, and verification before deposit..

Not sure if the £2 limit in the U.K. will become reality, find that hard to work.
But I’d welcome that as rarely I’ve ever gone about it, that said many good players here do and don’t have issues so is it fair to persecute them?
