This week? I think the one I had sent was returned. If anyone has received one this week I would love to know. The last one I received was March 4th with no problems.

Thanks

Michelle

I am really hoping that is not the case. I hope it was just a mix up someplace. I'd feel alot better hearing someone has received one this week.

As per the other thread, I requested one that was sent from QT on Monday March 22. I've contacted QT a couple of times to ask when it will be there and they said Monday the 29th. I had no idea this was such a slow process. Since when do wire transfers take 7 days? This was my first try doing this and probably my last. We Americans are really getting bent over every which way. It's hard enough to win and now actually getting cash in hand takes weeks if not months, not to mention how much it costs along the way. I starting to think it isnt worth it.

I know when it is coming from QT that it usually takes 2-3 days from when it is confirmed. I'm really not having a good feeling about this.

if it was returned ...WP should know about it with a little research.

You would think. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with them. I was afraid to even call them at first. I thought there would be too many questions but they never asked where it was coming from. They did say if it was sent Tuesday that it should have been there by now. I know someone else who had theirs returned but they thought it was because they didn't change the banks name. All info stayed the same but the name of the bank changed.

The thing that makes me real suspicious is the fact that he said my account looks like it was suspended but he couldn't see any reason why. I think the wire came in and it was rejected and then my account suspended. He fixed that part but why can't they see a reason for it? I can't find anyone who has received a wire this week and that makes me worry.

Guess what fellow Americans? Wired Plastic can NO LONGER accept international wire transactions. So not only have I waited seven days to hear this but I am out $30. I think we all knew this was coming.

We are sorry to inform you but your withdrawal (ordered on 18.03.2010, in amount of 2,500.00 USD) has been returned back to us.
The reason given by the bank is: Beneficiary bank is unable to accept international wire payments
Please be informed that the wire was executed to the following details:

Anyone have any ideas?

My apologies, Yes Wired Plastic no longer accepts international wire transfers. I tried to edit the post but CM is not blackberry friendly.

I corrected the original post and included a portion of the email from QT. FYI Bolt works much better for navigating CM than Opera or the included BB browserM

Did u here this from WP? If you did I'm out $30 too. I think I want to move to Canada. UMW just today wired my money to my WP account.

This s definitely not a good thing. What in the world are we supposed to do now? I tell ya what, it does make one want to move elsewhere every day we get the bad end of the stick. All we are trying to do is have a little bit of fun and leisure doing what we enjoy doing and now if we happen to win some money, we can't get it. Hopefully other ideas are created soon.

I never contacted WP. QT said the transaction would post by today and instead I received an email from them saying the wire was sent back by my bank because they can't accept international wires.

Try to cancel your wire before they send it if its not too late. They are making it harder and harder aren't they.

Thank for the info. I seems to me that QT might know this and are still making the wire tranfers for the $30. I don't trust anyone.

I got the same email from QT regarding a withdraw to WP confirmed by QT on the 19th. March 31st the money was put back into my QT account and I received the email you did, exactly. I'm now waiting on a 2nd withdraw that confirmed a couple days after the first one, and also has not hit WP or beem returned to QT yet. I'm sure it will be soon though.

This really sucks!

I kind of skimmed through WP's terms on their site, trying to find anything that specifically says we are not allowed to wire funds in internationally. I didn't find it though.

Well what also makes this stickier is the fact they are putting a clause on these transfers too. That say you have to be the physical sender of the money. Aka you can't even have a relative wire you money. Which is even sillier if you ask me.
I'm going to try to open a bank of the west account with a winning check I should be getting next week. If that works I might just have all my wires go into that and use that checking account as my hobby account, but we'll see. Good luck to all.

Please bear in mind, the following is only my opinion... mousey's 2 cents...

If you have money you want in hand, then get it out now -- if you can. If you want to keep playing then leave some money in QT so you can deposit to and withdraw from casinos to QT. All this sending money to and fro between casinos and banks, and QT and banks, and QT and WP.... it's too iffy right now... and getting worse every day.

Personally, I'm out. For a while at least. Last deposit a couple of weeks ago emptied my QT and that's the way things will stay for a while. If I get a free chip somewhere, fine... If not... that's ok too. Took a break for over a year when NETeller rolled over, and I'll do it again if need be.

And do not be surprised if QT 'closes its doors' and leaves players in a mess. It's happened before, and it can happen again. Remember that QT is solely US facing and was made seperate from EcoCard for a reason. They can lop us off like a rotten limb.

I don't want to be a doomsayer... I'm just saying...

Let's be careful out there...

wired plastic

I just last week had put in for a transfer from qt to wired plastic and that was confirmed on the 31st of March should be there by the 8th but from what I have been hearing it aint good. Also FYI it seems all wire transfers from casinos directly to wired plastic are getting returned. I just recently last week cashed out of a casino to wired plastic and it get returned to them within a day, but they redid it and it got accepted but here is the kicker the casino told me it could take 7-10 days to post to my account what a joke. i will let all know how it goes.

Just A Thought And Maybe A Silly One

If these casinos want to keep US players custom, you would think that there would be way each Casino could issue its own ATM card from a Country thats not under restrictions and put your winnings in it or let you make a deposit with it back to that casino.

Example = Inetbet, if everything were to go to hell in a handbasket with deposit options, Inetbet(Example) could let invited players apply for a Inetbet ATM card based out of a non anti Gambling Country, this player would be given a pin number to access funds from a ATM machine and would be able to tranfer money to it from their checking or savings account and vise versa to just that casino alone.

It doesnt seem to out of reach to do and i would much rather have a Atm Card for each casino, than the torture you get wondering how your gonna deposit and get your winnings.

I called WP this morning and asked them about their international wire policy. According to the CS I talked to, they have no problem with international wires coming in. I specifically asked about wires coming from Quicktender and Neteller, all I could think of at the moment, and was told there wouldn't be a problem. Naturally I didn't tell them the money came from gambling, said I got paid for a job online.

So, either this CS didn't know her behind from a hole in the ground, or something else is going on.

No don't start that:rolleyes:, they (QT) might just be uncertain day to day also on who will do what. My bank still accepts the wires at $20 a piece but its the biggest item on my monthly statement and next time am expecting to see the casinos banner waving at me also. Not

I called and asked them the same thing. I got the same response yet when my wire transfer came in they sent it back stating they don't accept international wires. Their customer service really sucks.

I know of a sportsbook that has their own ATM card and it works great. Only problem is I cant get money from UMW to this particualr sportbook. I am really in a bind for getting cash in hand, its freaking ridiculous. It's hard enough to win and get paid now factor in getting cash in hand and it almost becomes not worth it.
