Has anyone had a wire sent to WP

was thinking way back and at one time Intertops was going to use the debit card thing. I even had one. Also Payspark had a debit card that you used. I think it would be a very good idea for US facing casinos to look into.

The only reason why I don't see debit cards working out too well. Your always going to have those few fools who wave there debit card, who the bank is, yada yada yada around. Screaming look I won at poker, at a casino, etc, etc. Then messing it up for the rest of us. I'm willing to bet you that's whats going with wired plastic. Is someone at one point won some money from one of many venues. Then slipped and said hell yeah I won that from gambling. End of story for us. At least for now.

wired plastic

Update my withdrawl from qt came back also aka receiving bank does not accept international wire transfers, and qt been having problems with a lot of these wired funds being returned to them they say they are investigating. they say there has been a problem since March 5. So I guess I got to use my regular account to get this out. So undoubtedly the other funds from VPwill be returned also:mad:

QT and WP Excerpt from email dated today

We are sorry to inform you but your withdrawal (ordered on 28.03.2010, USD 830.00) has been returned back to us.

The reason given by the bank is: Beneficiary bank unable to accept international wire transfers.

Please be informed that the wire was completed to the following bank details:

Name, Last name: XXXXXXX
Bank Account Number: XXXXXXX
Bank Name: Zions Bank
Bank Address: PO Box 71402 Salt Lake City, UT 84171
Bank Code: XXXX

We have returned the funds back to your QuickTender account.
Please be informed that we are experiencing problems with withdrawals sent to routing number 124303065 starting from the 5th of March. Almost all of these withdrawals were returned back to us. We are currently investigating this issue.

My complaint is this, why are they still allowing people to withdraw funds to this routing number? My next thought was this, if i cannot get the cash let me spend it on something other than casino funding. I asked QT for a list of merchants that accept QT/UMW as a payment method.

Here is what they said:

Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Help Desk.

Unfortunately, we do not provide the list of out merchants. Please note that you can use your funds wherever you see UseMyWallet or QuickTender logo under the deposit options.

So I did the following google search:

"accept quicktender" -gambling -casinos -poker -bets -casino -bet -forum -bingo (if you do not know the - in front of a search term omits results that contain that word) The results almost shocked me, the only result is a help page from quicktender.

If anyone has any thoughts on how to get our $$$ it would greatly be appreciated.

Keep smiling life is to short to let anything get you down! :)

Well I'm surprised they haven't started cutting checks or allow people to withdraw by alternative means (western union, money gram, etc). I would think that since suppose I've read they take incoming money grams and western unions. Why not allow outgoing too? Just a few wondering thoughts is all.

QT ATM Card ?

Wouldnt that just be awesome if they had something like this, doubt it ever happening but it would be a good route to take as so many of our options are being dropped.

The casinos will always make sure to get your deposits ok, shouldnt they be working on an idea(s) to get players their withdrawals just as fast as they took these deposits..........My 2.5 cents:(

No one has their own bank or have those been rejected also. mine came in no problem from qt in march straight to my good old american bank. I knew they would stop gambling money going out but not coming in. their not fools. just buttinskys. :D go open a savings account at you closest bank and check what they got to make sure it mentions wire transfers. domestic and not.

why would they give you alternative options when they can comfortably sit on your money for weeks????
now they will find it...give em money , time , interest and fees...especially FEES for a while....than and only then they will find a 'voila'" solution.
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

wp

I agree with you, if they can take incoming wires why cant they pay that way. I am about done with gambling online till they decide whether it is going to be legal here in the US:confused:

wp

another one and the last one got returned to casino so I registered my personal bank account gotta do it to get paid... Just a heads up wp's bank is declining all international wires. Beware I am not sure that there is any other way of getting your winnings without a bank account your personal one of course;)

wp

just a heads up people I think WP fixed their glitches check your accounts I will not post it here............Carry On:D Hope this works they must of had a whole lot of complaints that people were not getting their wires I am certain of this. :)

Wired Plastic no good for QT Withdrawals

Won $200.00 from Casino Titan into my QT April 6th. Confirmed left QT on the 8th to Wired Plastic. Yesterday (15th) was still nothing so I started writing. Wired Plastic NEVER responded to any of my emails. But QT finally just did.....WP no longer accepts wire transfers. That's it. Now my money is sitting back in QT. Is there no other card that can be used (other than a bank account)?????

Withdrawal to Wired Plastic

Hello,

Has anybody recently initiated and/or completed a withdrawal directly from a Casino to Wired Plastic via ACH?

This is the first time I've tried it, and it's been 5 business days.

Thanks for any info.

The last time i talked with someone at Wired Plastic, they will only be doing direct deposits from your employer or Goverment benifits, the employer will have to fill out a form, i told them i had different employers as i worked from home and most of my payments were international from different companys, from my understanding from talking to the agent, they will not be accepting international wires at all, this has been some time back, so maybe something has changed.

I will try to contact them again and see if they will email me something.

Are ACH transactions and International Wire Transfers the same thing?

As ususal, I'm confused!:p

Wow, just got off the phone with Wired Plastic, this is how to do it now.

They wil not accept international wires at all but this is what i was told.

Open up a pay pal account and see if my merchants will pay into that, dont know of any casinos that do pay pal lol but couldnt tell her that.

Once the payer has paid into the pay pal account you can then have your funds sent to Wired Plastic at no charge, it has to be in max 2500.00 installments each for every 48 hours before the next one will be processed. There will be red flags thrown if you go over 9500.00.

This is a new rule they have set and will not be changing it.

Hope that helps some:(

Okay, then maybe it still might work.

I tried their customer service. But, they tell me that ACH is not an option.

I explained that on their website, when I log in...It is very much an option.

It gives me all the info to give to the sender. RT# Account# etc.

I am in limbo until the casino gets the information from the E-Cash provider that it was returned, I guess.

Until then, I'm *&^%.

I tried the ACH withdrawal option at a Rival back in Feb. I normally would have sent it to QT but wanted to "test" it going straight to my WP account from a casino.

I initiated the ACH withdrawal on Feb 5th and received the funds in my WP account on Feb 8th. In the casino, I entered in the acct# and rt# to my WP account and that's all I needed to do. My winnings showed up in my account 3 days later.

It cost me more in fees going this route than the QT route so I have not withdrawn this way since. Which means I have not withdrawn this way since WP quit accepting international wire transfers also. (and I know there is a difference between ACH and wire transfers)

I'm not positive, but I think when you did this ACH on Feb 5th, that was before Wired Plastic cracked down on the gaming transactions and stopped allowing the international wires. So unless anyone has successfully received an ACH to WP from a casino lately, I wouldn't count on this still working.

As far as casinos paying you in your Paypal account, don't hold your breath. Paypal does will not have anything to do with gambling transactions... at least not for U.S. residents. And if they find out you're using your account for gambling transactions, Paypal will most likely lock your account.

Any money you do have in your Paypal account, does not need to be sent to Wired Plastic as Paypal offers their own ATM card. I have one, and that card works great.

There are other cards you can find online for receiving wires though. I haven't used any yet, but I"m about to try one.

if you find one that works let me know o.k

Daera, what cards are you looking at? I looked for some but couldn't find any that took wires. I am going to have mine sent to my bank. May or may not work but I did question the bank about international wires and was given an OK.

Right Daera. It was done before the crackdown. Which is why I stated that I have not done it since WP stopped international wires. But was merely stating that the ACH did work going to WP.

With there being a difference between wire transfers and ACH's, it'll be great info for all of us to know if lucky134me's withdrawal makes it to their WP account via ACH. I'm dying to know now.

Can you let me know also if the card you are about to try does work for you. I ordered a card that a friend said worked for them a while back. Received it and saw that it was the same bank as WP. Of course, they don't accept the intl wires either.
