Simple, i have few friends, who withdraw from CWC from more than 20 accounts, and get paid. And when someone not get paid because he is not enter correct phone, this is joke. In a nutshell, you deliberately lied, made an omission, and didn't check your info before submitting it for your application to the casino and they refused to pay you because that is contrary to their terms.

That's all I can see here.

And yes, financial dealings often do have hard and fast rules that you must abide by. If your personal situation is as dark and desperate as it seems by your postings then it is up to you to change it. Around 3 years ago, when High Noon first came on the scene I took their NDB and won around 150 I think. I donated the winnings to the family of a good friend who passed away and the casino paid promptly. The OP may or may not deserve to be paid but if I were the casino I would raise huge question marks on his identity.
