Hi i have to say I am quite depressed, I have been reading the post and searching online. All I have found is people bitching and complaining and calling them scammers and rogues and threatening to trash certain casinos if they do not get a refund all because they have not won, or complaining because they have not fully read the terms and conditions, or mad because they played 2 chips in a row and there winnings were void.... Am I wrong but isn't that what gambling is, you take a risk you may win you may loose.

I would like a happy forum. I am new here,my first night but I am thoroughly depressed reading all the complaints on this site and the internet. Can we have a positive thread or forum? If there is one on here please advise as to where it may be. Thank you

What you can do here is also to learn from both complaints and advices. If you are respectful and nice is the only thing that matters. But I do have to say this one at CM's is a good one that has many great members that will help you anyway they can.
You will never find 100% on the positive side any place you may find.

The forum has it's up and down cycles as does most forums. You are probably referring to the recent complaint threads. I noticed an increase in them or more so within the threads themselves as many of them got a ton of attention. Stick around, and you will notice the cycles. Beyond that there are a ton of great threads about winnings, and gambling stories.

You'll learn that even in what might seem like a "bad" thread to an outsider it's just growing pains to the family (minus a few idiots around here ) <~~~~I said that lovingly with a smile on my face btw...

Threads about problems are always going to be more prevalent and interesting for other members than the "good news" ones - that's why there's more of them & they are generally a lot longer.

When someone posts a good luck story, there's not much feedback anyone can give, apart from "Well Done!"

IMHO the vast majority of players at the vast majority of casinos probably never have a serious problem worth posting about, so one has to remember that though we might see a lot of complaints on the forum, that is from only a very tiny proportion of the active gamblers in any given time period.
It's not all bad out there!

You will probably find that a high percentage of complaints are from members that are “newbies” Ironic isn’t it?

The attic section is a great place to kick off your shoes and to relax, read the more gentle hearted side of the site that moves a little slower, call it the respite that can make you feel all warm and fuzzy and bring a smile.

P.S. I think the tablets are wearing off here

I don't think that's quite true - there's plenty of reputable casinos out there, running solid by the books operations. There's garbage ones for sure, but really, a minimum of research and common sense, and theyre easy enough to avoid. I've been playing for years - I've never filed a PAB nor had a casino not pay me funds that were due.

yes sir you are correct, but it is hard for 50 million online gamblers to find the 5 or 6 great casinos. wow, what are the odds that many people will find the 5-6 awesome casinos to play at out of the hmmmmm i'm thinking 300 online casinos. slim pickins and lots of mistakes are SURE to happen.....that's what we see here, lots of honest hard working peope running into shyte offerings.

what I mean is its so bad to read of so many people getting run into the ground when they win with nobody to turn to, hell, I made these mistakes 6 years ago. its hard to find an hones joint to play at. I thank Casinomeister every day I win, even the days I lose......because I know that where I now play at is real, is honest, and one day I will win and get paid.

I think it is somewhat true if your in the US. I tried to Deposit last night with 3 different cards at one casino that is accredited here and I couldn't get one of them to go through... I went and applied for okpay and skrill so I wont have to deal with it again.. But think about it if someone does have a serious gambling problem and wants to play now they wont wait to get verified through okpay and skrill. they will go to the Rogue casinos because they will accept all the credit cards no trouble. We just don not have all the fancy pay options like other countries do.

I did get an email from the cs immediately apologizing saying that I should keep trying because they use so many different processors to do the cards and one of them will accept my payment. I will just wait until I am verified through okpay than I will play.
I have played at the Rogues before, I am ashamed and embarrassed to say, and I have used those exact same cards there in the past with no trouble. Big difference in the new casino I want to play at as opposed to the poopey ones I used to play with... Sorry I got way off topic. But I feel we are limited to REALLY GOOD casinos her in the US. Touch wood dionysus...

I am always quite interested in the complaints section - even though it might get a bit depressing at times, or I get so furious because some casinos think they can get away with everything (mind you, not the ones in the accredited section...). This is by far my favourite forum now, I enjoy the jokes and the myriad of opinions and ideas. Some posters are quite inspiring!
