You may have all noticed over the past few weeks that we have been lucky enough to be running some great promotions for all of our forum community here at Casinomeister to take part in. Hopefully these will continue to be a regular occurence and all the noises and sounds I am hearing, indicate this to be the case!

Well apart from bringing you all these competitions to enjoy, the folks at Gentoo have been busy behind the scenes working on a brand new redesign of Casinomeister. You may have already noticed the newly styled Protecto here on the forum for instance.

Do you know if the dark theem will be back?

It's the body of posts that he is refering too. Still bright and white. Was somewhat inverted on the previous dark themes.

In a previous theme at CM this was darker or could be made darker. Is that correct?

well pretty much every thing that is bright in that picture. I guess I meant the body of the page. apart from the menu bar at the top and the footer at the bottom, I wouldn't describe the theme as "pretty dark already".

Before the upheaval i believe there was a black mode and blue-ish dark mode or something like that. Neither were perfect and I believe the dark mode had some major readability issues on the profile info bit but they were dark.

@Video_Poker_Pro and others are longing for something akin to this again:

I had to stop using the old dark mode as it was heavily flawed so have no issues with it not coming back, just hope that something dark will eventually return.

I would have used the old dark mode too but it was hard to spot bold text (e.g. for new unread posts).
