It will come as no surprise to some of the membership here that i have an issue with Guts/Yits/Rizk. However i don't think that my posts on other threads in relation to the way they do business should be seen as "agenda laden" i am simply pointing out issues relevant to those threads.
Regardless i will endeavour to deal with my SPECIFIC complaint with them in my own thread. In March 2016 i started a thread "Guts/Betspin/Rizk and generally the issue with groups and operators linked by licence" which i thought would be informative given the issues with everymatrix self exclusion that had become apparent at that time.During the course of that thread the following was posted by Yits:
"Hi mac82 - to back up Captain Rizk, you are welcome to have an account with Guts too - albeit one restricted from reload bonuses but allowing for free spins eligibility due to the fact that some notes I have dug up from back in the days this happened to you that the decision was also based on apparent links to other accounts to maximise the use of available bonuses.
Now please BEFORE you go ballistic at my statement above let me once again outline - I do not know whether it is accurate or not - I am just stating information that I am receiving. It might well even be inaccurate, as I mentioned was well before my time, on a different gaming platform - I did not make nor assess these decisions."
Yits is an experienced casino rep and in his position he should be well aware that posting something like this is libellous if it is untrue.It is not good enough to put it out there and then try to cover yourself with "i do not know whether it is accurate or not - i am just stating information i am receiving" he was in a position BEFORE he posted to ensure its accuracy , that information he "was receiving" was coming from within his own Group.
It is not for anyone but me to determine/quantify how much damage that statement can do. I asked immediately for it to be qualified , it was not. At the time i sent Tony/Guts numerous emails on the subject and since have tried to correspond with everyone i could think of within that Group to get to the bottom of it.Anyone who watches my posts will see the torture i have had to go through with this problem over the last year and that is only limited to the online world.
I have tried everything in private to get to the bottom of this, it has fallen on deaf ears:
So i have one simple question for this Group: Do you have concrete proof that my account was linked to other accounts to maximise the use of available bonuses?
This Group may well try and use the "its gone legal" excuse not to answer, they have as yet received no communication from any solicitor under instruction from me and i have received nothing from them although i have asked i think about 6 times now over a 3 month period for details of their attorneys/their UK address which they will not give. At this juncture i don't want your Attorneys address GIG i simply want you to answer the above.You were fit to say it in public now i suggest you back it up in public and if you can't and it causes you a liability so be it.
Please remember members that it is the right of every casino i know off not to pay you if you are guilty of behaviour as above.It is simply not good enough for them to accuse you of such and not be able to back it up.
