hi whats the cashout point ? i play when i feel like it ,i can pop a hundred in & play at 1.80 stakes & lose ,not a problem short game yes .sometimes i can do the same thing & win depends on what mind im in , either way all people has a different outlook on when too & when not to cashout it isnt just guts there all the same doesnt realy change on any other software to me with the only one for me being ( wms ) which ive now binned because mainly i cannot get a good run from 1.50 stakes onwards ( mind set showing there )

Well you did say 'play for just the fun of playing' sometimes...I took you at your word ''fun' for which there is a fun mode.

I often play them for fun in free mode when bored, but when I deposit I am careful, in the same way as Chopley for example. I set a target and mostly stick to it. When I was lucky enough to get my 4-reel sh!tstorm on TSII, I could have played for hours afterwards and still cashed out, but instead cashed out immediately, leaving a small amount of about 80 pounds in the account. I then told myself 'you have started at 80 quid, forget your big win and play to your normal rules'.

If I recall correctly I cashed another 140 out after an hour or so.

If you don't mind playing in real cash until you bust out and that's fun sometimes, then I respect that. I've done it before too.

Technical Update

Hi Everyone,

I am sorry to hear about the game issues that some of you seem to be having. As this is not on my side it is really hard for me to say exactly what is causing these problems, if it was on my side it would be of course a lot easier.

We have been speaking extensively to Every Matrix and MGS as those games seem to be the worse. Both technical teams including my CTO will speak today to go through all the game logs. Every Matrix has a major update on Monday which will reduce the load on the transaction server which will increase the performance of the casino software. I know that this is also a top priority for Every Matrix as it seems most operators are affected and they have a team dedicated to solving the issues.

Again, I am very sorry for this and if you want to email me screenshots of errors or at least the time they occur and the game please do.

I do not think that "going 0 for 5" in terms of your cashout to deposit ratio is something to be viewed as "odd". Maybe if "0 for 5" becomes "0 for 10" then I start to get a bit concerned about a "curse". As you said, it hasn't happened (and hopefully it won't happen to you) at the other 2 casinos you play at. Take some comfort from the fact that you are not "suffering this oddness" at those 2 casinos as well.

As players, we all get to enjoy peaks and suffer troughs. It just happens that most/all of your troughs are in the one place. Maybe, as far as online casinos are concerned, Guts is simply your "Waterloo". My "Waterloo" is AllSlots, where I have not even had an opportunity to cash out in any of my last 13 deposits. The only times I was in profit I had not cleared WR and I ended up busto before meeting WR on all of those occasions. It's just part of the random nature of playing at online casinos. You could try one place and die on your ass and then you try somewhere else (or even the same place a day later) and you just kill it no matter what game you play/what size your bet. As an example, I seem to do quite well on Tuesday nights yet do really bad on Saturday nights. Hasn't stopped me from depositing on a Saturday though (but maybe I need to stop doing that haha).
