Guts still haven't sorted their games out? This thread reads countless times that the issues with the games have been fixed? I don't know where everyone gets their patience from, Maybe I just don't like being incessantly disturbed while I'm trying to gamble away my money. I think before Guts receives any CM awards they need to correct this issue first (I don't think it would be fair). I just had to comment on that as I can't believe this still hasn't been fixed.

Look no further than TDNR for an example. You feel that when you have accumulated say 45 free spins at a 3x multiplier that you will get the feature within the next 100 spins but I have been there and gone more than 600 spins without interruption and no feature. Strangely, I logged off, returned and got the feature within 50 spins. I agree though that Guts and others which provide such awful experiences should look into the issue and provide players with hassle-free play.

On Microgaming casinos, on both flash and download, the games stay exactly as they were last time you played, the reels the stake settings everything. On games like IR and TSII etc. that's essential anyway as they hold progressions through the features. IGT casinos do too.
Netent do not. I don't like that one bit.

All casinos that use EveryMatrix as platform provider have this kind of issues, so I don't think it is Guts issues but EveryMatrix. I think they should get rid off EveryMatrix, but that might be pretty complicated process, takes time to prepare, might need to wait for contracts to expire etc.

I can understand now why Guts ate another deposit from me at £25 with that win just hours before hehe..... despite i promised I would stay away because of errors silly me. But glad someone is winning well done!

Pretty much, with varying degrees.

Out of that list i have played at :
Guts
Thrills
Nextcasino
Playhippo

And they all had these problems, sometimes it's barely noticeable, and other times its constant errors. MG games are the worst, NetEnt generally works ok, but with a slight but noticeable delay in the spins.

After Guts did the upgrades it got better, but it is still not at the standard of casinos like Betsson.

WTF why are they staying with them then? Do you have any idea how much money GUTS has lost because of these issues that started at the very beginning? A shitload, that's how much. I wanted to deposit last week and even PM'd Ben to ask a question, but then I noticed that people were still having disconnection and timeout errors so I decided against it and I know for a fact that I'm not alone.

And thinking they even spent money to upgrade and the problems are still there...

Not only they need to drop everymatrix but they should probably sue them!

Well I'm guessing its more complicated than them simply leaving, there are probably contractual issues.

I know that Ben have been working hard to fix things, and it has gotten better, but sadly it is still not perfect.

I don't know when Everymatrix entered the casino scene, but my guess would be that they have expanded faster then their infrastructure can handle.
And yes this is damaging the reputation of Guts and the other casinos using Everymatrix, and must be costing them a lot in lost revenue.

So since the problems are still not fixed, and this affects all Everymatrix casinos, i try to only play with bonuses at these casinos now. As the technical problems means that a straight up deposit isn't as appealing as it is elsewhere. :(
 
Hi Everyone,

Just as sort of a general reply. As mentioned in recent posts this is an issue that is on our platforms side which is supplied by EM as we have done what we can on our front end to reduce any load to a minimum and make sure any applications we have running don't affect the game performance. EM have been adding hardware and making constant improvements to the infrastructure and as mentioned the game experience has gotten better but is not perfect.

Of course it is not simple to just change a platform provider so we are hoping that the continued work gets us to the standard of other operators out there. Quickfire is kind of a tricky one to get perfect but they have recently released a new API that is supposed to be more stable and we have an integration slot for that.

Well from my p.o.v things have much improved.
I had a few sessions at Guts over the weekend and had as far as I can remember only 1 or 2 error 2 messages over all the hours I have played.
Previous to my win last night I did 2 sessions on Playboy that lasted a few hours and the game ran fine,no errors and no lag.
So it is already way better.
Last night including my win,about 3 hours with no errors or lag so things are defo improving. :thumbsup:
 
Now getting the dreaded error 0 where none of the Microgaming slots would load. And I really don't want to go back to those Nentent slots. :mad:

Edit: Well looks like it's resolved although the lag is still just as bad unfortunately.

I had a rather bad session on Guts yesterday and the day before and did not manage to hit a decent win and without asking Ben threw me a €100.00 comp in my account.
I mean,I have had terrible sessions on other casino's and even after asking for a comp they would not give me a dime or they would add a lousy 5 bucks into my account.

On Guts I hit a superb win a few days ago,got that cashed out within 2 hours,played some back in the last few days and yet still Ben threw me in €100.00.

This shows why Guts deserved this best new casino title and Ben got the award for best CS delivered to customers.

I would love to see more bonus offers.

Even though I've been making most of my deposits at Guts, I do get far better promos elsewhere.

I do love the free spins, but IMO they're more of a novelty than a bonus.
At least when you compare their value to your deposits.

Most of all I'd like to see a VIP program, with some set promotions.
Like weekly/monthly bonus, BD bonus, comps and so on.

Support has been treating me good, and they sometimes are able to throw me a cashback bonus of 5-10%.
While not great deal, it's still several times the value of Thursday free spins.

Also missing a monthly bonus/comp points, been playing there almost everyday for last 2weeks and got the normal freespins like everyone else was hoping for a bit more, maybe i should just ask ben/support but i dont like to beg for something free.

But else im happy overall never any problems since they launched, there friday freespins is decent but depening on the slot its not worth making a deposit thursday unless your gonna play anyway but atleast now you can get more than 10 not sure how they count it yday i got 20 which is sweet but when u win 40% of the betsize in 20spins it blows, but have had a few withdraws from freespins in the past so its ok.
 
I do realize they are still a newcomer, and they are running a tight, solid ship.

It feels wrong though, when I make many of my bonus free deposits with them, and then go to places like Nordicbet (100% up to €250*), 32Red (200% up to $300*), Redbet (100% up to €500 and 100% up to €250*) and Betsafe (200% up to €300) for bonuses (*= this week alone). I know it's costing them, and of course they want me to choose them for all my play.
The week before was even better, when I received some really great offers for my BD.
If you just accept good bonuses though, I'm sure offers will dry up.

In all fairness Guts did send me €5 worth of free spins and a reload bonus of 100% up to €50 today.
Maybe things are changing.

Hi Mrjones,

Just put in a ticket to Netent support to have them take a look. Works OK with me and the bet was placed but they had a couple hours of downtime last week with the live product so maybe something is not configured correctly.

Quick update/review:

So I got a 100% bonus code earlier last week and decided to make a deposit there for the first time in a few months. I've had quite a long session this weekend and I must say that things have improved (only one timeout during my entire play). Spins are still noticeably slower than they should (especially MGS) but overall a much better experience than what I've experienced in the past.

And of course I won again because that's what I do when I play there ;) (deposited $50, peaked at $500 and cashed out $350).

No matter what I play at Guts, I just can't win. The last 5 times I deposited, I didn't win anything I could withdraw.
It doesn't happen on the other 2 casinos I play on. Only Guts. I can't be the only one - anyone experiencing the same? Not that I wish anyone bad luck; it just seems very odd...:what:

I think it sounds pretty normal.
You can never know when you'll win and you can make 50 deposits not to be able to cash out anything.
Then you suddenly win everytime and everywhere.

It has nothing to do with where you play.
I don't think I've cashed out there on my last 15 deposits or so so no you're not the only one ;)
But I know it's normal...and I had fun on the way so...

No that's completely normal... You won't win every one out of five sessions.

I would be worried if you went 50 deposits without any withdrawals though, then there would be a problem either maybe you have set your sights a bit to high or your just having rotten luck... I had rotten luck at Guts. I closed my account. Such is the luck of the draw.

What games have you been playing? The great thing about Guts is that there's allot of variety plenty of different platforms. IMO steer clear of all new Netent releases. Try some low variance games. Before I stopped playing online I had some decent luck on Munchkins and Cashanova (Microgaming). Don't set your sights to high on features it's been my experience that most of them pay next to nothing. Stick to a betting strategy - Try betting 1% of your bankroll per spin. Don't bet to much (I never had any luck on the higher bets).

Apart from that there's not much else you can do. Good luck :)
 
Thank you for cheering me up a bit. No, I would never waste money like that - ever. I have read about how Netent uses PRNG in their games, and somehow that makes sense.

If you combined free withdrawals with weekly deposit-based no-WR free spins, occasional other semi-recent deposit-based no-WR free spins, or doubling of the daily christmas calendar no-WR free spins with daily deposit, you don't have to be a genius to realize to what kind of abuse that would lead...

Everybody and their mother would be depositing, withdrawing and re-depositing to farm no-WR free spins.
 
Did a small deposit of 20€ and took the 50%.

Played the creature from the toilet well it was a bad choice of game lol(rtp 37,8%). The thing is when you get a wild there is a chance that you can get another wild if the spin spins quick then you will get another one and if it spins slow then you wont get any more wilds.

I belive its a oddsmatrix thingy where you can see wheter you win or not depending on how long the spin is.
 
Bad streaks happens. 4month+ bad streak here (8 deposits at guts,10 deposits at Unibet and countless of other deposits with no luck).

Support been great,the games have been working without any problems and ive gotten a good playtime with the deposits so can't be to dissapointed.

Keep up the good work and sooner or later i will withdraw :D
 
People who moan about losing at any given casino should not play.
We all can have a rant from time to time but don't go out and name and shame a casino because you are unlucky.
That is complete and utterly bullsh*t.

Guts has proven to be one of the best out there atm.
They cannot set the reels in a winning position for you,it is all based on luck.
Some you win some you lose,simple as that!

For example I do not like Netent games so I do not play them a lot as I tend to be unlucky on them.
On ALL casino's I have tried them,so should I blame all those casino's?Nope...Maybe only Netent for delivering toilet flush games...

I find the sentiments expressed here intriguing. We have on this thread (and numerous others) players claiming multiple deposits, say '15 times I deposited 50 Euros' or whatever, and 'haven't had a withdrawal'......
Now obviously this raises the old question of 'when do I withdraw?' If you play to extinction of each and every deposit and refuse to cashout unless you hit a big multiple of your deposit say 500+ for a 50 deposit, then you'll be disappointed nearly every time.

I have said before, my rule is if I deposit 50, once I've doubled it to 100, I then cashout at 75% of my peak point. So, if I hit 100, then drop to 75 I cash out. A nice 50% gain of 25 on my stake. If I dropped say to 85, then had a good hit which took me to 140, my cashout point would then be 105 (75% of my peak point of 140) and so-on.

If I were greedy and subliminally searching for those elusive Playboy/IR/DoA mega-hits which would pay thousands, then I would become disillusioned very quickly!

You people can't tell me (with the exception of those of you playing exclusively the new Netbents like TFTUT and Twit Spin etc.) that you deposit 50 and 75 regularly and NEVER get to a point where you gain 50 or 100 on your deposit???

I smell lack of discipline here.

I would like to ask you another question instead since you talk about lack of discipline.
Do you ever play for the fun of just playing...or is it always about trying to win in a disciplined way?

I can honestly say that what you are talking about is not my way of playing.
I want playtime and if that makes me lose then it's up to me, not any lack of discipline.
You sound like you are judging people for not cashing out when you think they should, but we all have different targets then.

I don't like people complaining about losing either, or that they blame the casino, but I do feel for them and I understand them.
Some blame certain games or software providers instead and that's fine too :)

This is only good if you meet those 3 conditions:

A) You use online wallets
and
B) There's no money exchange fee
and
C) There's no deposit/withdrawal fees


Personally if I hit something early I'm likely to continue playing (unless it's something real big) as I want some play time. I also don't think that I ever requested a withdrawal for less than 4x my deposit. I don't whine about losing though.

As for 4 x deposit, obviously your target will result in less w/d's. I'm a bit of a scrimper.

If as Tirilej says you just want playtime sometimes and don't care about making a w/d, then play in fun mode ffs!! :rolleyes:
