I think I saw something in Casinoben's profile about this casino. I believe that it is a casino with many software types as NetEnt/MGS/Betsoft etc. provided by Everymatrix.

I don't know if it is a white label solution, maybe Casinoben can tell?

Maybe casinoben can offer an exclusive SUB? :D

Checked out the site and looks great, easy accessible and overview-able i.m.o..
The Netent and the MG were to be expected, but i see IGT and such, so i'm interested:)

But the main reason for my signing up today is that i like to follow Ben around like a loyal puppy:
I had such a great time @ Nordic because of him, and decided to join the first casino where he would pop up!

I am expecting nothing but greatness from this casino, hope the Tech-issues and warm up bugs are scarce:)

Yeah, I had heard of him, but couldn't remember the context. Sounds like a good bloke. I take it Max or Brian (even though it's not accredited yet) can offer us a provisional endorsement as I anticipate (due to the statements in previous posts) this place will be on the fast track to accreditation.

Just had a chat with the CSR about the max withdrawal to Neteller, which is € 2,000. I was informed this only applies to unverified users. The max for verified users is € 10,000. You can make as many withdrawals as you like, however, a € 2.50 fee is charged for each Neteller withdrawal.

Players can always request a flush, so I was told, and Guts aims to approve and process payments in 2 hours, often quicker than that.

Thank you for the kind comments about Guts, we are really proud of what we have accomplished and I am glad to say that everything went well for the launch with just a few minor technical issues here and there but nothing crazy.

As pointed out by Paaske, Guts.com has been a live operation in the past as was shut down early 2012, with everything being migrated to Jetbull. We really liked the name and after finding out the shutting of the domain and migration of players was done professionally we decided to purchase Guts.com.

We really wanted to be able to offer an amazing selection of games and most importantly we wanted to make sure that we can process withdrawals 24/7 in less than 2 hours, offer currencies like AUD and CAD plus control the full management of the site when it comes to approving withdrawals, using our own support, marketing etc. Every Matrix gave us all of these options and more so as mentioned already we are operating our casino on their license, but all the management of the casino is done on our side.

to my knowledge, there's two meanings...one, the courage to do something, and two, the card game, where if you go in, and lose, you match the pot
 
Site looks really nice and the game selection allso. Shame the WMS games are not yet there.
There was couple spelling mistakes at the promotional t&c in Finnish language (e.g. "worth of" = "wroth of". "table games"="toble games"). Allso there was promotion "we give away 1000 free rounds every Wednesday". When I linked "read more" (To read rest of the promotion, there was only part of paragraph shown) it took me to the promotional T&C. Instead of showing rest of the promotion information.

If it's just a Skrill issue then why doesn't this occur with other casinos and only some? This doesnt happen with MG, Bet365, and numerous others. Rather it seems like a UK casino issue

Guys it's not a Skrill issue as I got the same thing with a direct credit card deposit. It's a processor issue and Ben is working on it.

Automatic log out - a bug?

I joined and I have been automatically logged out several times whilst playing games. I don't know if this is supposed to happen but it is very frustrating. I use Firefox.

Same thing happened to me about 3-4 times in total, incredibly frustrating. Using chrome, only happened on netent slots.

Could you please PM me your username so I can investigate as that should not be happening. If you could also tell me about what time this happened and if you got an error message or you were just logged out?

Sorry for all of the questions but I really want to make sure this does not happen again as nothing IMO is more annoying than getting logged out while playing.

Just an update on a few issues reported:
The logging out of the site issue should be 100% fixed. Thank you for reporting that.

The CAD issue. We have Neteller and MoneyBookers in CAD so deposits via that method will be CAD to CAD. We are implementing the CAD credit card processor and it will be ready in a few weeks if all goes to plan. I will of course keep you posted on that.

Hi Ben, like the site, got logged out of Thunderstruck II after about 90 spins, using chrome, just happened once so may not be anything to worry about

There is a auto logout function so if you are inactive (not clicking anything, navigating pages) the system will log you out as a security precaution but moving around the site it should never log you out, unless of course you asked to be.

Yes, that's annoying and quite common on many flash casinos - it appears any new window you open when closing the game, or the background window with your account login box and balance don't realize you're still logged in after a certain period of inactivity (while you're playing a game) and then make you login again whereby they update.
Inetbet flash does this, as did Wintingo as I remember.

NordicBet and Betsson don't.
