Yes, that's annoying and quite common on many flash casinos - it appears any new window you open when closing the game, or the background window with your account login box and balance don't realize you're still logged in after a certain period of inactivity (while you're playing a game) and then make you login again whereby they update.
Inetbet flash does this, as did Wintingo as I remember.

NordicBet and Betsson don't.

Not as annoying as putting in loads of man hours to have that very thing fixed, having it completely tested it and now all of a sudden it happens again and I can't replicate it. It is kind of like hearing that rattle coming from your car engine, taking it to the mechanic and then it is not there.

I am thinking that it could be something to do with the separate page for the game area as when you play at NordicBet you stay on the same URL.

Actually, i had that issue with all Netent Flash casinos, including Nordic, so far haven't experienced it yet in Guts,
I think due to modern day browsers, a lot might not be solely on the Casinos end, but i'm not sure, it just seems as if these issues keep taunting players (and the Casinos ofc.) in more or less every Flash/Java and other browser based applications online, so it makes me wonder if it can be truly fixed completely, ever.

I'm actually fine with it if it's not happening constantly.
I did remember a few sessions on Nordic, where there was more logging in/out and in again just to keep getting errors, and that is awful, but when it happens occasionally when i leave a game, or go and check my wagering after a lengthy session, i can accept it:p
Rather don't have it at all of course.

But t.b.h. even in my download casinos i have experienced disconnects and such, so as long as my games are saved (when in free spins or bonus for example) and things are solved as swiftly as possible and correctly, i can live with it.

Anyway, i truly hope that dunovers remark actually solved it completely, that would be awesome, cause i think Guts would be the first browser based casino with that perk!

Nice site, good choice of games, but a few problems (other than me on a losing streak!)...

- Wouldn't accept expiry date for card using Chrome on OSX. Had to use Safari.

- but some games - especially IGT ones, don't work on Safari, so had to use Safari to deposit and then Chrome to play.

- like others was logged out several times while playing.

bound to be teething problems which I am sure will be sorted.
 
The CAD issue. We have Neteller and MoneyBookers in CAD so deposits via that method will be CAD to CAD.


Canadians can't use Neteller for gaming anymore so don't expect a lot of business in your Neteller CAD account. ;)

One small mistake that I noticed: When I joined yesterday and I picked my currency, the choice in the scroll down menu was "Candian dollars" (spelling mistake). No big deal but if no one tells you, it won't get fixed :) I've seen this very same mistake before so it might be in the template.

Now I've some questions: Where do I go for my free spins @ Starbust? Are they supposed to appear in "bonuses" under the "my account" menu? Also, will I get an email if I win some free spins on Wednesday or I have to log in (and if so, where should I look?).
 
Did my third session tonight (Canadian time), and that didn't impress me at all. Got disconnected every third spin (Game not available atm etc.), both MG an NetEnt slots, so pretty much just wanted it to end....and eventually it did.

I really hope you'll get that fixed. Like the layout of the site a lot, but these disconnections REALLY ruin the experience.

I am glad I read this thread. The name didn't impress me, anyone hear of this new casino doesn't usually drive me.

But Hey! Ben back in the saddle! Now I'm excited. Think I'll wait until the CAD thing is all settled, and some of the growing pains have subsided a bit, but I'll be there with bells on!

Hope to see Guts under Baptism by Fire soon.

Strange Bonus+balance issue!!!

I had the same logging out - I deposited today 50, got the 100% SUB. Played for a while, then TSII came up with 'error 2' code after about 100 spins. When I accepted the 'shut window' to close the game, the whole browser IE10 closed down. So I reopened, logged back in, opened TSII again and it immediately did the same again; I couldn't even take one spin. So I logged back in AGAIN and opened Netent games, and apart from one recurrence they were OK over a period of an hour or so. My 100 had turned into 320 from wins on Cleopatra and TSII and as soon as I played the Netent slots my balance went down quicker than a Bangkok ladyboy. So this is where something worse happened:

I played my balance (still not met WR) down to ZERO. I played one line on BDBA to get shot of the odd pennies. BDBA was at ZERO credits. I double checked this. Went to deposit 100 on my card, and entered the GUTSW2 code for the second deposit bonus. Wouldn't take it. Said I still had bonus in play. I rechecked by loading BDBA again. ZERO. Yet my account balance in the top right by the login boxes said '0.01'. So I used the 'forfeit bonus' option in my account. Wouldn't let me, said 'come back after 15 hours'.

So, I decided just to play just cash on the 100 deposit. Deposited the 100, and despite triple-checking my zero balance previously by loading games, the balance after deposit was 100.01:confused::confused:

Fortunately I had a 225 win on Megaspin BDBA and it allowed me to withdraw 230 and leave a few quid to play with later.

But I never got the second bonus due to this error, the likes of which I never saw before. This was actually lucky for me as I had no WR on my second deposit when I had my win to W/D.

Normally this would have been a problem though.:)

P.S. I also have noticed that in my account, transactions do NOT show my w/d an hour ago, but just my deposits as 'success' which were also e-mailed to me as receipts. There is no record of my 230 w/d either by e-mail acknowledgement nor as 'pending' in my transactions.

Ah, I just answered my own question I think. I got excited when I hit the "Sign Up" and it listed the United States as an option. Then I tried the "play for free version" and it said I wasn't supported. Just another time where I'm green with envy! I hope you all have a blast on the new site!

I had a problem loading the homepage earlier took 10 mins to download and then I couldnt register.

I finally registered then had a problem trying to set up a deposit method ,page wouldn't load. I tried to deposit using Chrome and it worked fine,seems to be a compatibility problem with internet explorer.

Had 4 hours of uninterrupted game-play then casino became unplayable at around 1am. MG 'error 2' every few spins,Net ent had long pauses between spins and error messages that it cant find game.
 
I want to like the site but.. ive suffered numerous times with logging out problems for no reason, and game disconnects mid spin, as much as I trust the games to remember whether ive won or lost it does become annoying when its every few minutes, and im checking the play history to make sure everything is in order. its just not much fun checking game history and balance to see whether you have won/lost.

I did send a ticket to support just to let them know, and ive played in other sessions where it was perfectly fine early(ish) morning uk time was no problems.

Done all 3 deposits with bonuses and lost 3 times :oops: luckily i've won it back elsewhere in the meantime :thumbsup:

will be keeping an eye out but wont be rushing back just yet :D
 
Ben the rep replied in minutes to my issue, and restored my bonus for me. It's a bit strange how withdrawals don't show up in your transactions though, and 'receipt' is spelled wrongly on the e-mails and on the transactions box it says 'receit'....

Anyway played for hours and cashed out about 80 in profit. See how long it takes to get back to my card, but a good site except for the multiple times I had to reload games, and the reels just kept spinning.

Will be one of my favourites when fine-tuned...
 
I'm in for the long haul, but I didn't enjoy my first experience TBH.

I love the game selection, but every time I hit a bonus round on one of the 3D (sheriff gaming?) slots the page would refresh and put me in play money mode. GRRR. It even happened halfway through a bonus round. I had to close my browser and login all over again and restart the game etc etc. Not fun.

As others have said, if Ben wasn't involved with this venture I wouldn't return, but I'll be patient as I'm sure it will be ironed out.
 
Just played my 50 free spins on Starburst. Didn't expect much (minimum bet on a low variance game) but finished with $5 and then won $30 on Reel Steal. Didn't cash out but enjoyed some play time from this.

One thing that I didn't like is the delay (slow server) in some MGS games. When playing IR, it tricked me several times into thinking that the Wild Desire bonus was coming, but the server was just slow to respond so the reels kept spinning for longer than usual.
