I didn't have to bypass anything and don't even know how to do that. I just signed up as usual like I would do at any casino. I guess Ben will have to let the IT guys fix this to or maybe they have and alternate site for usa players and it got mixed in with the uk site...don't know as I wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

No, sorry we will not have a US site. I thought it was enough that the restricted sites were mentioned in the terms but no realize that makes it probably even more confusing so I have requested to IT to have the countries listed removed from the registration form. Sorry about that.

Ben i want to be clear. I originate from the UK but live in and work in Dubai. If i play and win am i going to lose my winnings because im playing from Dubai. I use a VPN for every site i play and never had issues. I want to check here for sure.

Seems pretty clear to me.

Why do you use a VPN? To make it appear like you're playing from the UK? I would advise extreme caution if this is the case....I've seen people lose winnings doing exactly the same thing.

It's 100% NOT CLEAR to me Nifty hence confirming with Ben As all websites i currently play, when security lock my account and have asked "why are your registration details saying UK but your IP address is different than registration please explain". I reply with "I am currently living in Dubai playing in Dubai using a VPN", security then tell me thank you a note has been applied to your account. So lots of these casino allow it. So Ben once again can you let me know please.

Never had any experience with Nordicbet because they don't offer the welcome bonus to Portuguese players... hope I enjoy Guts.

:( I am sorry that you had this issue. We have been looking into it all day as we can't replicate the problem which makes it more difficult to solve and the servers are not showing any time out issues. Hopefully the gremlin raises its head soon so we can take care of it.

Had a go with 100€ + 100% bonus earlier and I had a good few hours of fun with only one disconnect (used chrome). Love the design of the website and the variety of games available. You can also sort the games by software which came in handy with games from six different providers available. I deposited with skrill and the money + bonus was immediately in my account. Didn't have a chance to try and cashout but I'll definetely be back to try their cashout times also (with lady luck willing :D ). If I had to suggest something I'd say it would be great to see either Cleopatra II (or clone Bitten) available to play.

I'd prefer Bitten and I reckon it would attract more players with the vampire theme being very popular with the help of Twilight and such :cool:

Of course the ID is the only thing that you are missing, do you have like a council receipt or something like that?

Out of interest as this has come up many times before, especially with people from the UK verifying accounts as it seems that photo ID is not mandatory there, what do you use to open bank accounts and everything? I mean when I lived in the states you needed the social security number and something with a picture, and in Malta you can't rent a DVD without the Maltese ID.

nope i live with family at the moment i dont have any bills no contract phones and so on i open up a bank account with something from the goverment thats it

NetEnt games. I was able to play later but 5 min ago I got logged out in the middle of an IR spin and it automatically switched to free money. Not cool. I'm going to test the withdrawal time now.

That happened once to me, on Cleopatra. Weird. The problems seem to occur (slow spins, game not responding etc) during the night UK time, between midnight and about 4am. I noticed that Friday night and Sunday night.

Well I'm afraid my patience is at an end.

Just managed to make my second deposit at last......

...and the first 2 games I loaded took nearly 5 mins to load, and then the first spin just kept going and going and going. :mad:

Now, the 3rd one says "not enough balance" even though I just deposited! (after waiting 5 mins again).

Ben...you're great mate....but this is really poor, and obviously not your fault. It really needs attention, and the sheriff games seem to be the worst culprits.

I tried to open a lot of different games in real mode now, including 4 Sheriff Games (Piggy Bank, Beauty and the Nerd, Midnight Rush and Spartania) without any problems. Normal loading speed here :D

I'm beginning to think the games on Guts for some reason are overloading our processors which get warm and then slow down with continued play. If you have issues like I did last night, I had to turn my laptop off for 10minutes, and when I went back the problem stopped - for a little while. I changed my settings from power saving to high-performance to increase my fan speed and that seemed to help. And I have a new high-spec laptop with 2.1ghz!

P.S. I just notice Nifty say he has the worst trouble with Sheriff. These are the HD/3D games I believe? That may explain the paragraph above, because these are really graphic-heavy games and the most likely to slow most PC's down especially if the player has a less than superfast broadband speed.

Oh! That's why I had $50 less in my balance when loading the 3D games yesterday! I was wondering what was going on. I feel bad for Ben right now, not that I mind Beta Testing, but it's clear now that they weren't ready to launch just yet.

The thing is you can only test so far before going 'live'. There will be various permutations of browsers, Internet speeds and computers which may or may not have issues with the software plus problems which become apparent with the varying amount of players online at any one time. I doubt any casino gets it right first time, and had we joined a month down the line and not right at the start we may not be having these discussions. The IT people can only fine tune with experience rather than being predictive. I have been frothing with frustration, but the most important thing to me is the integrity of the place.

Yes, you can deposit with a VISA debit card and w/d to it from what I saw. Yes there is a 2.50 charge in Euros. I w/d 1900 last night so had to pay the charge TWICE because there was a limit of 1700 for my transaction, so I had to pay once for 1700 and once for the 200 too.
 
ya, no worries about the docs IMO - same docs as was approved over in Nordic when Ben was there (same as Maximo, BetSafe, Bettson, in same group)...so I'm sure just a matter of them being reviewed..but..better safe than sorry this time

Had an another go with the second sub last night. Again no problems depositing via skrill and received the bonus immediately. Opposed to my first deposit where I played 99% Netent games (no problems with those) this time I focused mainly on Microgaming's Immortal Romance.

There was a clear delay between every spin (I'd comfortably say one second and more) where the reels just spun there without coming to a halt. Now this would be annoying playing any game but with a game like IR where there is a randomly triggered feature that you can normally spot by the same pattern (the delay and spinning reels) this is just horrible. Also had three disconnects during my play which naturally made me frown a bit more (made 1500+ spins on IR) :( Hopefully these things will get sorted as the variety of games is a great plus for me and without MG playing smoothly I'm afraid it's going to be a deal breaker.
