Hi All,

As I've been a member for a little while now I thought that it was about time I introduced myself to the forum.
I'm an older chap who has been gambling legally for over 40 years and for the last 5/10 years this has been mainly on horse racing.With the recent failure of my health I have been betting online as it saves me the problem of getting to either a course or bookies to place my bets.I have in the past been to casinos with mixed results -lose some /win some -and if totally honest am probably behind so showing a small loss over my lifetime.As this forum is for casino users I will not post a thread about being short changed when backing a horse recently that was running at Arlington USA and was only given less than 50% of the true starting price by a UK bookie but would appreciate any advice that I could get about where it should be posted-different forum for horse backers??As most internet bookies have their own casino attached to their website-just like mine!!-I wonder if they are as honest with their online games as they are with their odds for horses??

Looking forward to reading any advice given

I should have guessed that somewhere there was a forum section that dealt with Sportsbook problems on Casinomeister .

Respect to you guys-I think you must have really thought things out well when setting up your site!!

Now I know where to post a thread about my experience I'll get typing and try to warn other members who may be able to avoid getting themselves in the same situation and getting layed roughly 50% of the true starting price on a horse race-stupid me only got 13/2 when the real price was 119/10.

Sorry for the delay in posting here - but I've been on the road for the past several weeks.

But whatever the case, you'll be happy to learn that we have a Meister Meeting for all members of our forum every year at Waxy O'Conners in Leicester Square during the International Casino Exhibition in February. Libations and Irish pub music for three hours.

As it's in February and London is normally cold and wet-if not snowy-I will get myself down to Leicester Square on the 4th and meet up with any other members who manage to get themselves there.It will be a good opportunity for me to chew the cud with fellow gamblers who are on the same wave length.

Great! We'll be sending out an invitation as the time draws nearer. It usually brings in about 40-60 members to include a few operators. The moderators are there as well - and of course you get a chance to meet moi.

All i can suggest is use bet365 or betfair for sports betting, even tho ive read betfair can do some eyebrow raiseing things which us the punters have to suck up. But in terms of odds ive never had a problem with either of these sites, alltho i do tend to bet football and tennis rather than nags, greetings to a fellow uk member anyways!
