lol. worst casino ever. uncle floyd continues to ignore everyone. he came on her a few weeks ago to "thank" a post because someone said something positive. cant imagine what they were thinking. all others are fending for themselves. what a joke.

I also got paid and my account is enabled again. They told me they were sorry for the inconveniance and I welcome to play again.
While I was very angry when they wanted to confiscate my winnings, at least they can say sorry and we made a mistake! Not many people/casinos, etc do this!
Well, this is a little odd - they were sure you were too much of an "advantage player" for their liking, and it took a battle for you to get paid, yet now they are happy for you to "advantage play" with them some more.
I would have expected these players to be grudgingly paid, but not be allowed back, since the likelihood was that the same problems would arise again.
Maybe this action is an admission that it was the promotion that was flawed, and that they believe they will never create a problem promotion such as this again - so far, they have not.

This may be a system wide issue and not just a "GoWild" one.

Off to playcheck I go to find that never was any bonus of $18 or any amount credited to this session on the account subsequent to the opening $ 5 chip. I went page by page and all of the credits/debits were for slot pulls. So the $18 they removed from bonus was my winnings and needs to be replaced to my cash balance. I will keep the forum informed of any resolution.
