Sincerely,
-The Staff at Grande Vegas Casino-

I made the withdrawal last Sunday - the 18th. Only received this email this afternoon the 24th. There was no bonus involved, used the last bit on my card to deposit. I've had an account there for years, even had a withdrawal... I guess it was months ago now... which was received within 5 business days of withdrawal.

Anyone want to take guesses as to what the problem is? I certainly have no clue.

I have replied (politely) to the very (un)informative form email requesting info. My ESP is failing me in my old age and I really don't have the time or patience to play email tag.

Note to GV and all casino CS: a form email is fine as long as pertinent info is inserted. As it is, this email only served to piss me off.

Did the balance go back into your casino account?

Yes it did. I just checked --- amount of the withdrawal plus the fee is back in my account.

Perhaps they want something in my docs updated? At this point, who knows?

Just don't play it back.

That's probably what they really want.

No, I never play a declined withdrawal back. I'm too stubborn. :D

CS has replied to my email and requests a fresh authorization form and copies of my card. I still don't get the necessity to send copies of each and every prepaid debit card. Some I keep and reload... some are like chewing gum... Anyway... It should not have taken them nearly a week to let me know they needed additional - or rather updated -docs.

Oh well... usually they are very quick to send payment, so I should have it by the end of next week.

I just went through this with Inetbet wanting updated forms including license, credit cards, a bill with name and address and autorization forms for each credit card used (2). Still haven't been paid my withdrawal from the the 18th of August and it is the 25th.

I thought courier (key word here) checks we delivered within 24 hours ( I did NOT want a check but was REFUSED any other option) and I just saw that it could take anywhere from 7-10 days??? Really? On top of this, my withdrawal was broken up into 2 payments???? HUH? Max payout in checks shows up to $10,000 withdrawal and mine wasn't anywhere close to this. What am I not seeing here besides delays and misinformation??

Any help here would be appreciated....

Oh, is this from that Vulcan jackpot?

Yes, winnings are from the screenshot posted. I was surprised when the payment was broken into two check payments in the cashier window and the second payment is not even processed yet. Maye it is time to take a closer look at Inetbet's practice of payment because I did not see anywhere in the rules and regulations or anywhere else that one cannot withdraw the whole amount in one lump sum.

I looked for max weekly withdrawal and could not find this either. As I said when I used to take checks from Liberty Slots, I had the check on my doorstep within 48 hours from the time of Withdrawal (I think Inetbet forgot that courier is supposed to be an overnight delivery) , so why is it taking up to 10 days (again what am I missing in the process?? )

Still nothing..8/26/2013 and second withdrawl they split up is still sitting there in cashier window reversable and still "under review"..Why did they not send TWO checks at the same time??

This aggravation with Grande Vegas is really minor, but come onnnnnn.... They sent an email saying they had received docs but just one little problem.... they want a copy of the front of the card with (very specifically) the first 6 and last 4 digits showing. I habitually block out the middle four numbers before sending to unknown persons. Just a little quirk of mine. Anyway... surely now they have what they need. *sheesh*

Added: I have to say their CS is as nice as they can be and don't sound/read snotty or abrupt, nor do they talk down to me. Nice people. However, they really should have let me know they needed these things sooner.

For me, RTG courier checks usually arrive about 4 (business) days after the casino says the WD is processed. (I get email on say a Monday, check usually in hand by Friday.)

Silc, good luck with your winnings. Remain patient. And... I may be wrong... but I think all RTG have a max payout amount per week/month. Which sucks. :(

This is iNetBet we're talking about here? If yes then please PAB asap, I'll process it and get it to them right away.

Thanks....and very happy yours turned out well.

Well pooh! Didn't know it was coming today. Missed the delivery so it'll be Tues. ..... *sigh* ... I work, so I'll have to leave a signed sticky tag thinger on the door. (Nice for any burglars scoping out the neighborhood, ya know.)

You can actually go online and sign it there if they allow it on the ticket to keep those thuggees from seeing it on the door.

I had no idea... will check that out this morning.

Thanks!

edited to add: I was able to set this up, along with sms notifications before and after delivery. Ages ago some of these features were only available for businesses and for a fee. Things have certainly changed.... This helps greatly since I no longer have hubby to take care of things at home while I'm at work. Thanks again!
