I pitched a bitch, thank you.

I deposited an play dragonrouge doublejackpot highrolersclub and captainmorgan and lost all the deosits of 200$

I won in goldenspur 1270$ cashed out 3 months ago and then they start to ask for documentation which I start suspect they won't pay but I sent it all

1. NETeller info page , I sent it
2. ALL the pages of ALL the transactions I have ever made with my NETeller account including the origin of the balance in my NETeller , I sent them about 15 attachments with all the pages just for them not having an excuse of no pay

3. Passport , I sent
4. Utility bill, I sent one officialy in Hebrew and another one in english which was a Webdollar PIN

After 3 months of many many emails and delays look what they write

Dear Oren,

With regards to your last document sent in verifying your address, unfortunately because the document was not in English it could not be approved.

Please send any legal document(Drivers license, etc.)verifying your address which is linked to the casino account.

We thank you for your patience regarding this matter.

If you require any additional information please don't hesitate to contact

me at your convenience. Customer service is available 24hrs day, 7 days

I explained them that all the documentation in Israel are in Hebrew and so the address in the Driver license and their reply was that they don't care they want it in English or:

Oren,

As soon as we receive the proper documents we will process your withdrawal request

I can second orenchik's problems.

I for myself got paid after 2.5 months full of hassle.
They wanted an unheard lot of documents (e.g. FULL(!) Neteller statement).

They try to use every excuse to not paying you:
"We didn't get any email."
" The documents you sent were unclear..." (we are speaking about scanned ID's and display"copies" of my Neteller account... - HAHAHA...)

Today I wanted to go to the Wiz website - and accidently landed here:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Take a look at their TOP5 casinos list.
Unbelievable.

Yeah, I know, jyde. :)

I was double-surprised today.
Because, when I searched for help getting paid, I found only a few affiliates, who promoted the Treasure Tomb group.
And now these guys are heavily promoting these slow-/no-payers...

Ask them to bugger off! They have no business asking you for your NETeller's full statement. The pages with name, address and account no. are the only pages that one should provide when ask.

Casinos that give lame excuses instead of your winnings should be avoided at all cost so that they will go out of business sooner than later.

I had a casino do this to me as well and I contacted Neteller with a formal complaint. They said the casino has no right to this info and they would investigate. A few days later, the cashin was processed without this info. Interesting coincidence!

Most of this Neteller stuff is totally unnecessary in most cases. Casinos take this route usually when they suspect player fraud. Any comment on this orenchik?

Except in my case it was a well known casino that I had been playing at for years!

That's why I said "Most of this Neteller stuff is totally unnecessary in most cases." I'm sure they just wanted to yank your chain :D

This case may be different....

More facts of my own story:

I played there, won some hundreds, cashed out the money.
After some days I asked about my withdrawal - they requested a signed faxback form + copy of ID card.

I let another week gone before asking again - answer was like: "We had a lot of lucky players, acc. department has to deal with a lot of payments. We thank you for your patience. You will be paid soon."
Waited another week, asked again, same answer.

(Btw, statements like "...a lot of lucky players...we are little bit behind in withdrawals...etc." always let the alarm bells ring in my head....If you are lucky, they have too few CSR's to do the work. If you are unlucky, they are underfinanced...)

Waited another week, now I was additionally asked for an utility bill.

Waited another week for payment - now they claimed, that I filled out the faxback form wrong - because I used Neteller, I should have placed my Neteller account number on the faxback form - on the place, where you normally write down the credit card number.
I filled out a new faxback form, sent it.

They responded then (we stood at 6 weeks after my withdrawal), that I have to send in a copy of my Neteller account statement, showing my account number and the transaction to the casino.
I made copies of both and sent it.

They answered, that they need the acc. number AND the purchase on ONE page. I responded, that because there were six weeks gone, it does not fit on one page.

Then they wanted a full Neteller statement, reaching from the current date (showing my Neteller acc. number) to the date of the purchase. I was "allowed" to blank out the other transactions.

I made the overlapping copies - and sent in the email with the attachements. Some days later I got the email back, because their email-box didn't accept 800kB in attachements in ONE email. I sent the copies separately now, each in one email - now it worked.

I pitched a bitch here at CM app. two weeks before I got finally paid. Bryan never responded to me - so I never knew, if I was paid because of his work in the background or only because of pure luck.

If anyone feels safe to play there, after several players here reported serious problems - good luck. They are on the top of my BlackList.

Webstorm owns these casinos

Webstorm Media owns these casinos listed at www.casinospecials.com. That had bought www.thewizardofodds.com so it why this site now showcases them. They used to own and operate Five Roses Casino, Onluck, Golden Comps, and a few others. Pretty much every casino listed on the above 2 portals and gamblink.com is owned by the 2 owners of Webstorm Media.

They rarely pay the players, they will always tell you that you are a bonus hunter.
I would recomment staying away from these casinos or any casinos on these portals.

This is interesting. Golden Comps etc were operated by IPI Media (Paul Jurgens) and in October 2003 radical brand changes as follows took place:
Riviera Gold Casino to Royal Circus Casino www.royalcircuscasino.com

Five Roses Casino to American Grand Casino www.americangrandcasino.com

Golden Comps Casino to Golden Nile Casino www.goldennilecasino.com

OnLuck Casino to Lucky Coin Casino www.luckycoincasino.com

Fortune Towers Casino to Lucky Pyramid Casino www.luckypyramidcasino.com

All account information, player and account history, Pending Comps and Manager Credits stayed the same.

The "old" brands seemed to disappear into some obscurity.

Earlier this year we were informed that Warren Cloud has taken over the IPI Media casinos. RTG confirmed this but declined to confirm it was Cloud, and IPI never answered our enquiries.

And they do not respect email removal requests either. In fact, one of their support addresses bounces back as undeliverable. Stay far away from this group.

What's happening with oren?

I deposited at Golden Spur and Dragon Rouge (uses same software, sister I think).

Lost on Golden Spur, won at Dragon Rouge. Paid in 3 days I recall - about same as most Micro casinos. I like 3 card poker and I got a good streak playing there.

Never got asked documents or anything. Redeposited 3 times with 35% matchups, got paid fast the one time I won.

They send me matchup promos almost every week.
