I won €31k with Platinum Play casino at the beginning of October and im still waiting for them to verify my account. They have asked for various documentation from me all of which I have sent, including my crypto history (which I have sent them several times). Every time I send the documents they email me saying the following:
"We have received feedback from our Operations Team and kindly request the following documentation to complete the verification process:
- Proof Of funding for crypto and NeTeller account
Proof of funding can be in the form of an official bank statement; with your name, address, date, letterhead/logo as well as the transactions made onto the casino with the aforementioned methods also reflecting and highlighted. It can be a picture of a physical document or downloadable PDF document"
Ive sent them screenshots of my casino wins several times which is my proof. These casinos paid into my Neteller account (I sent a statement showing the winnings coming in which is also proof) and the rest paid by crypto (the crypto transactions have been sent to them also). Every time I send them what they've asked for, they don't reply for over a week and then just ask for the exact same thing again. They also don't seem to understand what crypto is, live chat keep asking for a 'bank statement on letter-headed paper'.
Im getting so frustrated now. Has anyone else had a similar experience with them?
