Hi,

A couple of weeks ago, I got a mail with a letter and a CD from a casino.

Since I have gamblingissues, I throw it away and forgot about it until today when a friend (also Swede) asked if I heard of GTC so I looked for the letter and well, it was also Golden Tiger Casino.

He was also one of "few lucky". And to get this "free 1500", we need to wager the money and deposit at least 40$ and then wager them too.

Non of us asked for this kind of advertising, but I'm registered at another Casino Reward crap-casio so it's understandable in my case, but not his.

I can send a copy of the letter to the webmaster later if my address will be erased.

Please feel free to share your experience with ads like this.

And you know what's funny? I'm banned on like all casino and still getting offers.

i got the same thing the most annoying part is i already have an account with them, and it states its for new players only youd think they would check before they sent them out

It's so painfully obvious that they're either hiring an outside marketing firm, or buying lists themselves. This sounds like a 'blanket' marketing campaign; or else, as you stated, they would know who and who not to send these "new user" CD's to.

With all the crap going on in the USA, you would think casinos would be more careful in sending CD's to. I get these all the time; but just think if they sent CD's to a DoJ officer? lol

I got two (2) absolutely same 'special offer' snail-mail letters from Golden Tiger casino... no idea how on earth they obtained my mailing address - I doubt they got it by legit means. Surely I never had any dealings with them - ever.

Golden tiger is part of the casino rewards program. I closed off my accounts with them months ago so I was a little taken back that they would send me off back to back emails promoting golden tiger casino.

I think we all can agree here that this is a casino to stay away from.

I can scan the paper, I just need to erase my name then. I just need to find it first, but I know it's here somewhere.

Too bad it's all the same crap.

Got a disk too. Since I do play Casino Rewards, I had already played their sign-up bonus (but no deposit). But not just disks from casino rewards, but Villento and DaVinci's Gold, Everest, Golden Palace (big surprise) and others.

Anyway, I love non-usuable CD's. You can cut them up and use them for Xmas tree decorations, they are handy coasters, and sturdier than matchbooks for propping up wobbly tables.

WagerMyLife,

Have you banned your self from the Rewards group of casinos, because of the gambling problem or have they banned you because of some other reason?
