Roguish Golden Palace not paying (cashout July)

    Call me stupid, call me dumb.. I know it's not accredited, what did I know back then.. Anyway, here it goes..

    In march 2009 I received a promotion in my email from GoldenPalace. They had a huge bonus, deposit EUR 500 and get EUR 500 bonus. I made my deposit and started playing and made a nice cashout after wagering of about 2400 EUR.

    I did start by playing bigger bets (EUR 100 or so, not sure, so long ago..) and when I was up to 3.000 completed the wagering betting about 5 a hand. I did this over a period of 1-2 weeks and after that went travelling to Shanghai to visit some friends. When I got back I made my withdrawal (which was july) and I had to send in passport and 2 Utlityi Bills for standard verification... After that, nothing..

    First time I called was 2 weeks after my withdrawal, what was going on, when I was going to get my withdrawal. They were doing an investigation because my playing style was suspicious (I guess the big bets when I started after which I decided to go safe and complete the wagering with a lower betsize).

    Fine, I thought let them do their research, i'll get paid in a week or 2.. So 2-3 weeks pass, I make another call. Same story, investigation.

    I wait for a month, make another call, same story.

    You see where this is going.. I've been calling every month since august and they keep telling me that their investigation is still going and that I have to wait a few more weeks..

    I don;t know what to do, I don't know where to go.. Every time I call I get the same story, and there's not really anywhere else I can go.. Posting my story on this board is sort off my last resort.. PAB doesn't helpt since their not accredited.. :(

    Any suggestions?

    To be honest it doesnt sound good...

    Its clear they are stalling you and personally I would think you are never going to see a penny :(

    From personal experience but not at Golden Palace:

    1. Talk only to the manager at this point.
    2. Tell them you want to know exactly what the issue is and you want to resolve it immediately.
    3. If it's a bs issue, tell them you want to be paid today.
    4. If it's not a bs issue, tell them you want to resolve it immediately.
    5. Tell them that you will call everyday until you are paid.
    6. Follow through and bug the hell out of them. If someone puts you on hold, stay on hold for about 5-10 minutes, hang up, call again.

    Does this work? Well it did for Windows casino (one example) and they eventually got sick of dealing with me and paid what was owed. Note that this was a long time ago right around when they were screwing people out of money right and left...

    Ok so this may incite a small riot but if you are a legit player, who played by the terms and conditions of the bonus, won and have not been paid since July....ANd this is the cr#p they've feed you since, I'd be charging it back...That is if you paid by CC.

    If however it was via a web wallet, I'd contact the web wallet company, explain the issue and see if someone there can help.

    Neteller assisted me in a similar situation a few years back. Don't know what was said but I received my money in 48 hours after contacting Neteller :thumbsup:

    This is the only time i would ever and i repeat ever say do a chargeback like Dave said but im wondering isnt there a time limit on CC's to do a C/B ?

    You are with your back to the wall with this casino imo and as they seem hell bent on stalling over a legit payment and if your a legit player as you say, you have only that one option left if the time hasnt ran out.
