I am really getting annoyed with this casino. I was supposed to receive my payout days ago and everytime I contact them they always have a new excuse why I haven't been paid yet. Can something be done so that I can receive my winnings please.

I know you're new Donna, but you must know that posting the same complaint multiple times is somewhat rude. A member will help you in time. You need to be patient.

I know a member who has contacts with this casino and I will ask him to help you.

Poor management, lack of funds, don't care etc. It will be one of those probably.

If KK can't help you, then you're going to find it tough to get paid.

I've had no reply as of now - but I only sent my e-mail today, so we need to give the guy a bit of time to answer.
I don't know his work pattern, but he's unlikely to be handling queries 24/7.
If I don't get an answer in the next day or 2, then a PAB might be the only option...
