Worse?
They also have this:-
All withdrawal requests are processed within twenty four (24) business days after the date of the request. However, please note that the casino reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security checks until the receipt of all the required documents, including a digitized photograph, for verification and promotional purposes, at which stage the withdrawal will be processed.
1) 24 business days is about a month, and is VERY slow for an MGS casino. This further supports views that they are running with a limited float.
2) They are the first casino I have seen to answer exactly WHY they need a photograph, and spell out EXACTLY what I said it might be some while ago. It is so they can quickly use the photo if a player of theirs wins big, rather than have a delay whilst they try to persuade the player to part with one. They at least ADMIT they require a photo in a term that mainly relates to the documentation required for a payout.
GoWild Casino ("us", "we") is registered and licensed company in Malta. GoWild Gaming posses a letter of intent from the Lotteries and Gaming authority malta number: LGA/CL3/474/2008. Malta began licensing online gambling sites in 2000 under the Public Lotto Ordinance. Since then, the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) has developed its policies and procedures of remote gambling operations.
Malta yet again, the Kahnawake of the East
Pile 'em high, and regulate them light
This statement looks like those "legally licenced and insured" claims from clip joints. They say they are a "Registered and licenced COMPANY", and that they have a "Letter of intent" from the lotteries and gaming authority, NOT A FULL GAMING LICENCE. They then add "Malta began licensing online gambling sites in 2000 ......." yes, but irrelevant - are they trying to fool us by association, adding this text last so that we leave the paragraph with the impression they have a FULL GAMING LICENCE from Malta.
They have had this "letter of intent" for many months now, so are we to assume that Malta are happy to allow this "limbo state" to continue almost indefinitely whilst the operator undertakes the running of a fully fledged GAMBLING business.
As for a Mega Moolah win being paid in $5000 instalments. It won't happen, the PR will KILL MGS if they allow it to (although the bad PR risk is much lower for the many smaller progressives), however, this means the term is rogue, since it is not in the gift of GoWild to dictate MGS policy, but rather it is the other way around, as was seen when MGS dictated that no new US players would be allowed.
They may even have got their grammer in a twist, and meant to say progressives were NOT subject to the limitation.
Maybe they cut 'n' pasted their terms from some RTG casino - so many casinos seem to simply cut 'n' paste, and are then so damn lazy they can't even be bothered to proof read the result before going live with it.
Someone with "clout" should try to draw MGS to comment on the general lowering of standards of an increasing number of licencees, before MGS starts to become the "RTG of the East"
