I think that i have learned how 2 get paid from almost all of the casinos from cirrus group and virtual group. My opinion is that they are the same company any way. The key is CDS = central dispute system. I so far have been able to withdraw well over $4000..... yes $4000. Which is by the way more than i have deposited. for me the only way to go about getting YOUR MONEY is this: I have noticed what i call stalling tactics by these casinos. example: "we havent recived you withdrawal documents yet." BULLSHIT. YOU NEED TO send them to support@whatever the name of the casino is, for example support@partycitycasino.com. yeah? that way you will get at a ticket and you will be able to quote this on live chat. another 1 "IT SAYS ON YOUR ACCOUNT THAT YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CLAIM NO MAX CASH OUT + NO PLAY THROUGH BONUSES" again bullshit, the only way you cant claim this is if you have claimed more free chips than you have actually deposited. example: if you have claimed $100.00 in free chips(which these kind of casinos give out like toffee sweets) is more than you have deposited, ya f**ked. get it? so i given you some of the stalling tactics that they use. when ever you see these signs just take it to the central dispute system. withdrawals from these casinos will take time, believe me. simply because of the amount of 2'ing and frowing between casino and CDS. i am on a crusade to get as much money as i can from these casinos as possible before they go POP! UK players are more than welcome to join me on this as I'm not sure of American law.

This is a high risk strategy. I am not sure why they are simply rolling over and paying when the CDS is used, but I expect they are looking for a way out, and by advertising for a "group" to work with you, you have given them another excuse for non-payment and delay, and this might be by accusing you of "player fraud", and trying it again and again till they succeed in winning a case with the CDS, which they will use as a precedent for all future ones. It is US players they are really out to fleece anyway, although the EU must be a tasty target to keep in mind, so perhaps they are playing along just to avoid getting a bad name too prominently in the UK, as they spam their casinos a fair bit, often under ever changing names and obscure ownership details.

No matter how good your system is, you have to beat both the software, and the stalling tactics of the casino. I would wonder what teeth this CDS actually have for when a rogue casino decides it simply doesn't want to pay, despite the CDS ruling it shoud, only by knowing this can you judge the risk of relying on the CDS to get you paid.

lee, lee, lee..............really think a public message board is the greatest place to post your message:confused: Do you think it may just be possible that someone from Virtual or CDS reads this board?

vinylweatherman you have some very intresting points but how ever i have only used CDS when ever they have used STALLING TACTICS. I am only saying what has worked for me. i am simply trying to help people that may have been in the same situation as me. I have or do not want any affiliation with these bunch of mo fo's but mearly to pass on what i know and what has worked for me. if you do use the central dispute system its not just rogue casinos in there its nearly all casinos that use RTG software inc rushmore + inetbet which as we all know are on the accredited list.

yes i hope somone from virtual or cirrus reads this message. its only a matter of time before the groups go pop!

check this out. I thought the point of this website was to help prevent online casinos committing fraud against its players. now suzecat is telling me to keep quiet about what i know and what has worked for me. weird!!. last time i had a problem with one of these rogue casinos most of you guys simply directed me to the rogue pit. this i found extremely unhelpful due to the fact i had already deposited at these rouge casinos. is what i am saying right or wrong??

CDS or Central Dispute System is what was put in place in lieu of the Montana Dispute Service. From what I've been told, it's even the same dispute form, just a different URL. And yes Lee....it's for all RTG casinos, not just the Virtual Group. This isn't any big secret, I thought I saw this posted on here quite a while ago. I know that I posted about it at WOL.

Try doing a search on the forum here for CDS or Central Dispute System, I'm positive you'll find a thread or two about it.

And the stalling tactics? This is nothing new...old news. If you continue to play at these joints Lee, you have only yourself to blame when they stiff you, and they will. You have been warned!!

Oh...and yes, Cirrus, Coolcat, Club Player, Palace of Chance, Slots of Vegas, Virtual, Prism, (probably the rebranded Warren Cloud clip joints) and so on, ad nauseum....all one and the same company, operating under the Virtual umbrella. If you must play RTG, stick to Inetbet or ClubWorld. Can't comment on Rushmore, although I'm less than impressed with some of the stuff I've been reading about them of late.

lee, lee, lee,..............no one is telling you to be quiet about what you know (although it's fairly common knowledge) just suggesting you be smart about it. BIG DIFFERENCE;)

BTW, there's no rouge pit here that I am aware of, but there is a rogue pit full of very nasty types..........

Suze, I'm trying to make myself numb to this rouge thing, lol.

It's roGUe, not roUGe people. Rouge is a colour, red...very angry. Rogue is the nasty type thing Suzecat referred to.

i think you guys are missing my point.

i think you guys are missing my point. the aim of the thread was basically to try and help other people in the same situation as i WAS, as in pretence. as in post rogue casino anguish. there are alot of complaints on this forum surrounding virtual and cirrus and i would be more than willing to spend some of my time to try and help these guys and gals. this is not a altruistic act of kindness simply due to the satisfaction i would get if it helped at least 1 player get paid. ok? so please let some one speak who really has a problem and let me see if i can help ok. i don't want to here what you think about these groups but only what we as past consumers can do for the unfortunates WHO THINK there situation is hopeless. neither do i want to give false hope. just giving it another try instead of abandoning all sense of hope. that's all!

Very noble lee, bravo:thumbsup: Again, this may not be the best place for you as Virtual and its clones are rogued and have been considered not worth the time. However, if you truly wish to provide a service you should go visit the boards that post bonus coupons for this group. You are certain to find lots of folks who could use or need your service  Just a thought..............

well look at that you just had to get 1 more jab in didnt you. it almost seems as if your trying to push me away with silly sniping coments. i would hope that you wind your long neck in. unless you had had a bad beat and wanted to vent your frustations. this site confuses me greatly there are so many neg heads. mabey this is not for me being caught up in the melee of negativity. just a thought...............

wow.

Chill out.

If you would take the time to read through the YEARS of complaints directed toward Virtual's group, you would actually realize what a waste of time it is to try and get paid by them.

They pick and choose who they want to be their "poster child," and you'll see who they are once they come to CM and claim that they got paid.

Just do a search of the forum and you'll see how many people haven't gotten paid by this group. Some players in the excess of 5 and 6 figures.

And sorry to burst your bubble, but if you think RTG really cares if Virtual (or any other ROGUE RTG outfit) pays what's due their players, then you're very mistaken.

And to further burst your bubble, you're just another pawn in Virtuals game. They figure if they pay a few (see poster child statement) players, then that's all the "maybe I'll get paid if I give them another chance" mentality that they want to put into the back of player's minds [albeit indirectly] via PR reps such as yourself.

I mean no disrespect in any way, but step back, chill out and think about the BIG picture here. I'm sure your intentions were good, but futile.

It's a classic scam.

They screw 99% of their player base. The other 1% they pay. Those 1% go out and make it seem as if they're paying players again. The other 99% go back thinking "I'll get paid THIS time." Repeat.

Bravo!!!

Lee, Winbig pretty much nailed it. It's not that anyone is sniping at you, but you're not telling us anything we haven't seen and heard a million times before. And just as he stated, RTG/Central Disputes could care less if you or anyone else gets paid. It's a big fancy show, just like Safebet was.

Do not get sucked into the Virtual trap. Bryan put it best the other day when he said, they are not casinos.....they are scams running on casino software.

This negativity over Virtual didnt just appear overnight. We have had too many issues regarding them of non-payment to players. I am sure that Bryan himself was among those most hurt by this operation as they pleaded to him that they were turning a new leaf and he gave them several chances to redeem themselves. Okay, they are put on probation,be good for a couple of months and then the rogue heads reappear. With the benefit of hindsight they were just taking advantage of Bryan and Casinomeister to give them publicity. They never intended to pay anybody and no Montana, CDS or whatever will change this. Every time they do pay it is for a special reason be it good publicity, luring you back etc.

Just ask yourself some simple questions. Why should, all of a sudden, these rogues be willing to take over a new leaf now when they were given ample opportunities to do so in the past but they sneered at them. Why do you think that CDS has any clout when RTG was silent on them after the demise of Montana. You may post your experience but this may a have an effect on misguiding those who have just joined the forum or just played at RTG and giving them an impression that even the mighty Virtual will succumb to the stranglehold of CDS. This will give many new players a false sense of security who may rue the day they read about Virtual actually paying out because of CDS.

thatk you for the last 3 coment from winbig downwards. well put and well spoken. i now see your points. what a way to chill a guy out. thanks. i guess i got angry with these casinos and felt that mabey i could make some sort of change without looking at the bigger picture. i see what you mean about being a poster boy too, that makes alot of sense. hope i didnt offened to many peeps. ahh well i'm sure ime not the first and im sure i wont be the last. lol

So was Suzecat's statement to you but you took it the wrong way, maybe you should re-read it again and I think that you will see that she was sincere in her comments to you there.

Thank you, Rob.............lee, if you felt my comments were snipe,I can assure you they were heartfelt and sincere. Directing you to boards who promote Virtual casinos was a two-fold idea: (1) to add to our voice discouraging site/board owners from promoting Virtual casinos; and (2) many sites still choose to promote Virtual casinos, no matter how convincing our voice, so your help in getting the word out will probably save a few people from "the Virtual scam job." See if we can nip it in the bud we just might accomplish something we have worked towards for a long time: cut off Virtual's access to unwary players. Nobody thinks it's gonna be easy..............:)

I've noticed a couple of affiliates on board here that are promoting GW/Virtual sites. I haven't called them out on it, but you know who you are, and YOU have to live with knowing that you're sending players over to the "Dark side."

....anything to make a buck, I guess.

Pinababy,

I agree on the Rouge/Rogue thing but I feel I must pick you up on 'Could care less', this is one of my little pet hates, it should be 'Couldn't care less'.

with Could care less it means you do actually care at least a little bit.;)

It was not so much the CDS that you were warned about posting on a public board that is most probably read by Virtual, but this invite :-

i am on a crusade to get as much money as i can from these casinos as possible before they go POP! UK players are more than welcome to join me on this as I'm not sure of American law.

This can be interpreted as asking for players to join you in this "crusade" as a group with the purpose of taking as much money as possible from the casinos. This plays into their hands, as UK players can now be accused of being in your "group", and denied payouts because they are not playing for "entertainment", but acting as a group out to "defraud" the casinos. This may be enough to tip the CDS into ruling AGAINST some UK players, which then gives them what they need, a way out of making payments.

The best way to starve them out of operation is to make as many people as you can aware of their pedigree as "queen of rogue city". The CDS route may well get some players paid in the short term, but you must make it clear that this is help for players ALREADY screwed over, not an encouragement for players to believe the CDS makes it safer to play with their HUGE bonus lures.

There are at least a small handful of good RTG casinos, so an opportunity to sample the software safely exists at the likes of InetBet and ClubWorld. Club World even have a UK Pound version for UK players (Club UK), which is rare for RTG, which usually only offers the US Dollar.
