Got an email from GetMinted saying that they have a special double bonus offer for different slots every day this week. So, today is Cleopatra bonus day and I decide to deposit to get the extra value for money that it offers.
So I deposit and it then comes up with a screen 'you are not eligible' for this bonus - no explanation as to why. Nothing. Yet, they have still taken my money. Now, to me it only seems fair to point out that I can not have the offer BEFORE they take my money out of my account.
The ridiculous thing is that whenever I have previously played with a Getminted bonus I have always played until I lose the lot and have never cashed out before. So, given that I have been a money-earner for them in the past, why do this to me now? It doesn't make sense...
Luckily, we have a choice - So, it's over to Virgin for me. Never had any problems getting their offers for Wagerworks games.
