Non-Bonus Complaint Get Minted Current Offer

Got an email from GetMinted saying that they have a special double bonus offer for different slots every day this week. So, today is Cleopatra bonus day and I decide to deposit to get the extra value for money that it offers.

So I deposit and it then comes up with a screen 'you are not eligible' for this bonus - no explanation as to why. Nothing. Yet, they have still taken my money. Now, to me it only seems fair to point out that I can not have the offer BEFORE they take my money out of my account.

The ridiculous thing is that whenever I have previously played with a Getminted bonus I have always played until I lose the lot and have never cashed out before. So, given that I have been a money-earner for them in the past, why do this to me now? It doesn't make sense...

Luckily, we have a choice - So, it's over to Virgin for me. Never had any problems getting their offers for Wagerworks games.
 
I was hoping the GetMinted rep would swing by and comment on this but it looks like they haven't been around for a while. I'll fire them a "heads-up" email and hopefully that will get the ball rolling.
 
I gotta big gambling buddy who played here twice - first the signup bonus - then later he lost about 1500 in a day, on non-bonus play. He was going to ask about VIP status & how it worked, before depositing again - when he found to his shock - he'd been bonus banned from their Friday 5 promos.:lolup:

Asides from their rudimentary bonus-banning, great site though & sure will resolve fairly in the end.
 
In some strange way, I feel relieved that it's not just me that got banned.

Seems weird though, those are just the players they want aren't they? - 1500 in a day!
