Genesys group payment problems

Hi, have other folks been having problems getting cash-ins from Lucky Creek,Mandaran Palace,Wizbet,Treasure Mile, and Grand Eagle Casinos (Betonsoft software) ?

To date, it has been over a week since I have requested cash-ins from these casinos. Their customer support staff state that they have been having problems with their payment system. After calling one of their casinos and hearing this, I called another and asked this question before anything else and they said there was nothing wrong with the system. After providing my information, they said they "mis-communicated" and there was a problem with their payment system. I have not had any cash-in issues with these casinos prior to a week ago when I made the most recent requests which are still pending.

Yeah right, they probably thought you were going to DEPOSIT:rolleyes:

Once they knew who you were, the "game was up", so they had to stick to the story you had already been told.

Take this as a warning, do NOT deposit further UNTIL these problems have been solved. Do not buy into the "technical issues" story until you have PROOF this is really the truth. eWalletXpress are STILL spinning out the "technical issues" story, even though in their case the "game is also up", and it is NOT what players were wanting.

It is entirely possible that the issues with this group are related to this same "crackdown", and could be the result of their processor having been "frozen".
 
I've cashed four times this year with Mandarin. The latest about 3 weeks ago. Check by corrieur takes 10 to 12 days. Check drawn on a NY bank. No problems cashing.

Netspend is working at this group.

no problems so far

I have been playing with them for quite some time and have never had an issue. Hope it works out asap.
