At the end of September I signed up to the Gaming Club Uk and deposited 150. At the time they had a promotion going on that advertised Canadian players would receive 150 when they deposited 150. I read the terms of this specific bonus and found that it was different than any other bellerock promotions. This promtion allowed the play of blackjack. The terms and conditions were as follows "Players must wager an amount equal to twenty (20) times the sum of the deposit and Sign-Up Bonus amount they received before any withdrawals will be processed. This offer excludes play on the following games: Craps, Sic Bo, Baccarat, Roulette and Progressive Roulette tables, Jacks or Better Video Poker, 10 Play Jack's or Better Power Poker, and Jacks or Better Power Poker ("Minimum Deposit and Wager Requirements"). Wagers placed on these games will not be deemed as fulfilling this promotion's Minimum Deposit and Wager Requirement". This promotion mentioned restrictions and was obviously not just a slots only bonus. When I cashed out after wagering way over the requirements on Blackjack I was informed by proccyber that my cashin would not be honoured as I did not fulfill their terms. They replied that it was a slots only bonus but were obviously mistaken. I even supplied them with the URL where the bonus was located and soon after they realised this the promotion and link to it disappeared. They replied that there was no such link soon after. Here s where it get interesting. I had a friend who also played the very same bonus and also had a problem. She however was able to prove that this promtion did indeed exist and the gaming club sent her this email back after she sent her claim. She forwarded gaming clubs email so that I may use it.

"Thank you for e-mailing Belle Rock Gaming.

She was paid by check within a few days of this incident. I however had my payment sent back to my account I was told to wager more and that no such link existed. The URL was

I continued to send then multiple emails but they never acknowledge that they were mistaken and totally disregarded any proof I sent them. I would like to know what I should do in order to get paid if they keep ignoring my claim? They even ignored emails I sent them about my friend that played the very same bonus and got paid because they admitted that such terms existed. Please let me know what you all think about this situation.

bonus/ cashout

Hello neighbour. I clicked on your 2nd link and was led to buy $50, get $50. Your first link did in fact show buy $50, get $200 free, and I read the T & C of this offer. Although it does not state BJ being excluded, the T&C state your wagering requirements can only be fulfilled on "slots and video slots" (which are basically the same category of "slots"). I received a similar promo via email for lucky nugget, and when I clicked on the link provided I was sent to a page which said "buy $50, get $50", even though my email offer said "buy $50, get $200 bonus". So, I called them, and they gave me a different URL which had the original offer ($200 bonus) which I originally received via email (is this an affiliate problem??) When I asked them to clarify the T & C, they told me that play on games other than slots does not disqualify you, however, such play does not count towards wagering requirements. I guess it pays to call if in doubt, despite your friend being able to cash out, the way I read the T & C, they are not in the wrong in your case.

I reviewed ALL Microgaming casino's T&C's last month, and I recorded that Gaming Clubs was:
Buy $50, get $200 bonus (400%)
Wagering on Slots Only (Always is with bonus of this percentage, or more)

There are only 6 MG's that allow FULL wagering on Blackjack, 14 count it as 50%, 13 less, the rest ZERO!
Of the 6*:
3 have a minimum bet of 10 credits,
1 has ludicrous 5% of deposit min bet with ridiculous WR x 103,
2 have 'sticky bonus'.

* I thought it was 7 - but I've just checked again, and either I made a mistake, or one has recently changed it's T&C's :(

If you want Blackjack with no 'silly restrictions' you need to use other casinos e.g. Crypto.
But I'd guess you're already doing that. You wont get much joy with MG one's.
(Well, not if you're bonus hunting anyway! ;) )

Good luck!

This is only for the sign-up bonus, isn't it? FL and Trident groups casinos allow BJ for other bonuses without restrictions.

This promotion mentioned restrictions and was obviously not just a slots only bonus.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. The link is good but as you found they can be changed - screen shots are better.

I hope you made screen shots.

Either way I see this casino is an eCOGRA holder. They are not allowed to have misleading promotions. You might consider filing a complaint with eCOGRA. Let us know what happens.

The link directly above is the exact link....For some reason yesterday when I posted information was left out of the link...This link was the one I used and as you can see it shows the Canada 150 promotion it it. When you click through to this link you can see that it is long gone....which is precisely the issue...I am not being paid due to the fact that they scrapped the link shortly after I started emailing them about my problem.
I was very aware of the fact that Bellerock offers slots bonuses but this promotion was completely different...If a promotion was a slots only bonus then why would it go on to mention the restricted games of the promtion...If it was indeed a slots only bonus they would not have to list restricted games..in other bellerock casinosthey do not list game restrictions....This bonus never once mentoned the word slots or video slots but listed these exact terms

"Players must wager an amount equal to twenty (20) times the sum of the deposit and Sign-Up Bonus amount they received before any withdrawals will be processed. This offer excludes play on the following games: Craps, Sic Bo, Baccarat, Roulette and Progressive Roulette tables, Jacks or Better Video Poker, 10 Play Jack's or Better Power Poker, and Jacks or Better Power Poker ("Minimum Deposit and Wager Requirements"
I did emailed ecogra a couple of times with my problem and they said that Gaming Club denied that this link existed so there was nothing done about the issue...I find this extremely amusing as I explained earlier that I have a friend that played the very same promtion and she was paid...How do they justify admitting that they were wrong to one and then totally ignore me after the link had been disposed of....I actually tried to get a screen shot but I was too late. They blatently admitted to the discrepency in their terms when the emailed this to the individual that was paid after playing the very same bonus,
"Thank you for e-mailing Belle Rock Gaming.

." The only reason why I post this is that my claim with the casino has been ignored and I have not received a reply or answer to my issue. They ignore facts that I mention and this is unacceptable. I dont know what else to do.

I am the person donrod6 is referring to. I received the email above from the gaming club after one of their representatives actually went to the link. I had to put up a fight thats for sure. They tried their best not to pay me too. At first they sent the money back to my gaming account with this message,

'We can confirm receipt of the documents which you have sent us. Kindly be advised that we have escalated these documents to our Operations Department. As per terms and conditions of the sign-on bonus, Players can only wager on slots and video slots and not on any other games. You have wagered a total amount of 7152 but only on Vegas Strip blackjack, which is not applicable for you withdrawal."

After this I wrote them back and waited to hear from them. This next email is the one they sent me back. Their reply to my query was this

"Thank you for e-mailing Belle Rock Gaming.
We have verified that this link that you supplied us with does have a different set of terms and conditions.
You will be able to make a withdrawal and it will be processed. The reference number for the escalation to our Client Administrative Division asking them to process your future withdrawal is PT # 5244.
Welcome to the Casino and best of luck with your future online gaming.
We trust that we have been of assistance.

and here is my origional message that they were replying to

"-----Original Message-----
I played at Gaming Club UK not gaming club.com Gaming Club UK website
has different terms seen here.

You sent me the terms of gamingclub.com . If you take a look they are
different for this promotion. They dont even mention the word slots
but do go on to list all of the restricted games.
Blackjack was not one of them. It could not be written any clearer in
your terms. Check out your terms on gamingclub.co.uk and you will see.
I would appreciate your doing so."

So. I finally was paid after writing many emails. I was frustrated and I can not imagine how you must feel donrod6 about this ordeal. I don't understand how there could be a problem in the first place. I think that the gaming club should be a little more responsible and know their own terms for certain promotions. How they could ever over look your claim is beyond me....

That's well weird! Sounds like they dropped a major clanger somewhere!

GrandMaster, Yes - I was only talking about initial sign up bonus because I believe that was what donrod was referring to.

I've just found out what happened to my '7th MG Blackjack casino'!
Three top casinos - Desert Dollar, Vegas Towers and Havana
Club - have just joined the Fortune Lounge group of casinos.
It was Desert Dollar - but now it's part of FL, the BJ is only 20% :(

Donrod, I am most concerned about how much effort eCOGRA puts into resolution. We are all banking on them. I would PM Jetset and see if he has some advice.

Megso, could you perhaps send your correspondance to eCOGRA so that they know the promo was real? Again, maybe Jetset can give you some advice or a contact.

I don't know that Jetset will or can help. I do know that he is very knowledgeable about eCOGRA and is one of the good guys.

I've been out of the loop conferencing in Spain for the last week, and that included several solid discussions with eCOGRA's Fair Gaming Advocate, Tex Rees.

If there has been any attempt whatsoever to apply altered T&C's retroactively in this case then you can rest assured that the FGA will be all over it, as that is definitely unacceptable at a Seal casino.

I have drawn her attention to the thread, but you might consider lodging a complaint online at www.ecogra.org/disputes if you have not received a satisfactory response from the casino concerned.

Welcome back, Jetset :)

I too am interested in the outcome of this issue. I can say that I have also been participating in similar discussions, and after meeting Tex I can confirm that she is a very knowledgeable person and I'm confident she will not put up with any shenanigans from any Seal casino.

Lots of interesting discussions took place - I hope that this trip will bear fruit.
