Gala sent me an email offering 250 for a deposit of 250. I had the luck to win pretty big. I got a royal flush of £4,000 amongst other winnings. I read the terms and conditions very closely and did not break any rules at all. They took all of the winnings and left me with £250. They then made up a rule that is not in the terms at all and refuse to discuss it any further. They are scumbags and everyone should know it.
 
You are not helping yourself by merely calling them scumbags. You should at least spell out what the offending term is.No video poker? How are you sure the term wasnt there in the first place? You should elaborate.

All we have is a vague "they suck" post with no detail other than a $4000 VP win among other winnings....I would say the problem is with the "other winnings".

IMO it isn't cool to support some blow-in yelling "scumbag" when it may well be the other way around.
 
And in my opinion you shouldnt attack every poster you can. I say it because I do have personal experience of them lying to me and threatening me. I have raised it with the forum rep here and it was nicely dealt with under the carpet. The people I dealt with behaved like scumbags.

I don't make statements like that lightly or without evidence.

Ooopsy, same casino different case. No progress on this one AFAICT. Casino peeps say they keep giving the OP back his bonus but he doesn't log on, the bonus expires and everything gets reset back to zero. The guy never did get back to me to correct the PAB errors and ommissions. :rolleyes: No much anyone can do if the player is AWOL.
