frozen slot what happens???

hey guys i have a quick question.....I am sure this has happened to someone else.

Whilist playing a game it froze when the bonus round plus the free spins was activated. In this instance what normally happens??

I have been in contacted with the site and 2 days later i am still waiting on technical issues being looked into.

What was the software and what was the game?

Generally speaking you'd just reload the game and it'd resume from wherever it was when the glitch occurred.

its a sportstech site (honestly dont know which software is which lol)

its the santas surprise game, to be honest its froze before and your correct in what you say it just resumes play when you log back into it.

It is still still at the same place 2 days later, when i log in it says you are part way through a game click to resume, i click and nothing...the whole site freezes and i am booted again.

i have it at unibet in the oldtimer slot, software freezes every time after starting. i does give the same winning combination, but doesnt pay or do anything else.
i read the t&c's and there its stated that in such a case your winnings dont count, so i dont ask the support. frankly i already closed my account there half a year ago, since their slots seem to pay out les then any other netent casino i played at and the have no loyalty nothing and on all bonus 50 wr crazy

yeah, exactly... if it wasnt a win of at least 2x bet or hell... if you hit a jackpot... that woulda been a bitch.
on the other hand... if you say to the casino you want 10 spins you made back, because you didnt see it, or whatever, you can basically screw yourself.
if the spin is worth something you should keep flaming the customer supp. if you dont pay or something, they get it to the last cent

i will wait and see what they come back with....i had hit the bonus round plus the 10 free spins i think its x3 ...who knows could of been the jackpot coming up that made it freeze lmao i'm sure there was a decent enough win in there to be honest but what can i do!...on the upside I am a loyal player so they might be able to do something, i am not holding my breath tho lol

That's happened to me twice - once was a Microgaming casino on Lucky Stars, I got the wheel, pressed spin, landed on my symbol then nothing. I contacted the casino, they got me to do a bunch of stuff, nothing worked. They contacted MG and then I kept checking and that game was still stuck for me. One day about 3 weeks later I logged in and got my spins.

Had another glitch at NordicBet, the game was going crazy and I contacted them, they ran through my bonus round and dumped my winnings in my account and gave me a little extra the next day.

So it depends on the casino how long it takes....if the game is licensed from another software company, they might have to be the ones to figure out what happened and fix it.

update

just a quick update.....after loggin into my account, the said slot is no longer frozen on the bonus round and free spins activated.....although there has been no word from support as to weather or not the issue has been resolved...the game is still however still showing as in progress on my account history...so game unfrozen not much else

hi guys i thought it only fair to come on and let you know that vernons has indeed paid the money from the frozen slot into my account!! yay!

thats the good news, the bad news is it took them 6 days to resolve this issue and during that time i could not play as everytime i logged on, my account froze..complete pain in the other bad news is the total amount i had won was 10.93.... seriously lol i do know that this is kinda the minimum i would expect this to pay on free spins with the size of my wager, of course i didnt see it play so who knows lol

As a regular depositor i did email them and point out that i was disappointed in the length of time it has taken and also the inconvience of the whole issue, and that i was also dissappointed, taking these things into consideration that no offer of goodwill was forthcoming....which has been forwarded to management.

It sometimes will work after closing out and restarting only if it’s a smaller bonus win. However if it’s the 22 free games I’ve never had it work and it’s glitched me almost ten times. They gave me small credit reimbursement the first 2 times then told me sorry about your luck more or less
