Hi guys,

Something must have gone terribly wrong with this free spins program! It seems that the free spins winnings immediately disappeared after the 5 spins completed. We stopped the campaign and cancelled the free spins as soon as we got word of this. Luckily, it doesnt seems as too many users made it in to play before we stopped it. We will look into this and set up some new spins asap in another slot for everyone while we figure out what went wrong and until we get a list from the provider so we credit back missing winnings to the affected accounts.

For users here, please pm me with your username and the amount you had disappear and I'll dig in and check your accounts manually and credit back the winnings right away.

I think those spins are for all active customers (think you have to have deposited in the last three months, but not sure) but maybe they run FS promo's on different days for separate Geo Locations..loads of Casino's i know of do that.

If however you never got any, and are active, then you should budge support, or Eric, it;s always possible somehow you're not registered to the system. It's rare but it does happen, and i am sure as soon as you contact either option, it will get sorted

There were never any at CL on this slot, it was a different slot yesterday.
