Yeah mate I think they have created a bit of confusion. I suspect that when they give 5 free/10 free with no connection to depositing then they are wager free. But when they give free spins with a deposit then that's when wagering comes into it. Some casino's do not distinguish what is bonus money and what is cashable in their display. It's fair to say that Guts promo team should have put a bit more information into the email, since the wording did immediately insinuate the $5 was a bonus intended to be used in the Live Casino.

A different approach with the wording or adding clearer T&Cs to list all included/playable games that were WR friendly with the $5 and could have easily avoided the confusion. Though, I am sure it did make a lot of players have a go on the Live Casino, which is what they would of been hoping for! I think it could of been a bit more effective if they maybe made it only playable on Live with WR or, given Live more % for WR and reduced % for slots if the sole intention was to generate traffic to the Live Casino. I am not sure if the T&Cs were exclusive for the promo or if they are going to permanently allow it for WR however.

It wasn't until the T&Cs were pointed out in on this thread that made me question it because it made the bonus seem competely pointless if the games we could use it on made it impossible to potentially meet the WR.
