Your Input Please Fed-up with disconnections

^^ Nice one congrats^^ and good to see you posting also ;)

I had a bike (Mountain) nicked years and years ago but It was a nice model which I'd saved for months for, never did replace or catch the bar steward!

I'm heading their way later for a bit of a blast on their new slots with the £50 fun4all kindly nominated me for to try and win a few quid for CM members.

Good to have a risk free punt once in a while :p

WTG on your cash out :D

This wasn't a cheap one either, was a Diamondback Sync 1.0, cost me £325 and as I needed a new phone as well back in October I worked 80 hours overtime as well as my normal 2 part time jobs so I could afford both.

Was partially my own fault tbh as I 'nipped' into Tesco, and left it unlocked, was only in there for 60 seconds, thought it would be ok as I've lived on this estate for 30 years and never had anything stolen from me.

Expensive lesson, bike will be long gone but hoping someone recognises him from the crystal clear cctv - once the police can give it to me.

Since there's nothing to actually debate here -- English words have meanings, conveniently defined in a fat book called a "dictionary", and are not generally left blank for the user to fill in whatever thoughts happen to suit them -- then yes, dropping it is probably wise, although your reasons for doing so are, again, misguided.

I was more concerned about a trivial negative path turning into me getting banned to maybe fit an agenda, not the meaning of oil rig, lighting rig, rigging up a cb radio (hence why some people refer to a cb radio as a rig from the term "rig check") or a satellite dish... however the analogy of a vote rigging does I grant, carry the connotation well, I was using the term within the legal definition that casinos are rigged based on my belief that they are, just like the 70% slot machine shown so that the business can be valid and profitable, not so that they can rip us off. Do you not find it funny that when sails are rigged up on a boat, they aren't thought of as typically done in haste, unlike let's say, electrical equipment or something in the construction realm.

As for being misguided, I can list one of the most popular words that is incorrectly defined in the majority of dictionary/wiki type medias.

Alas I am happy to walk away with people thinking they have schooled me and used terms like "silly", "can't be arsed to read all that" (sic), "lol", "misguided" even though I am brought up not to accept being told I am wrong, when I am right. I made it perfectly clear that I wasn't insinuating rigged to mean against us entirely, or every time so context made everything legit and your "misguided" undue.

Language is a funny thing is it not ? From legal definition, poetry, slang and incorrect use, incorrect definition, evolution of word, context and so on.

Did you know Shakespeare was a somewhat permanent drunk ? It's true.

Btw, that word I was on about above... "religion". Look it up if you are interested and enjoy reading the completely incorrect definition.

Just had the tinfoil hat moment.

Been playing on TDKR for the past hour. Had many nice medium hits. Hitting free spins every 30-50 spins. RTP was 187%. I got disconnected suddenly came back and the next 100 spins after reconnecting was 26%

I think the tin foil hat can maybe swapped for a small pin hole badge on this occasion.

What you describe has happened to me so, so many times across different casinos/games and every time It has a negative impact, never seems to work the opposite way around

I even say out loud to the wife these days, 'Oh here we go, laggy spins, time to get booted', or '(Swear word ) oh managers just walked past and noticed my session is looking good' or 'Must have hit my 'bonus round limit, time to be logged onto the losing server'

I was very annoyed :(

Didnt even get a chance on the wheel after all those spins either.

But yeah the game was playing so hot and sweet then bang...cold as ice.

Exactly my experience only with different slots. I understand that you can't always have your balance shooting up, what i find really strange though is how poor the slot is running after the reload. I wait sometimes 70, 80 spins before I see 2 x scatter (certainly not 3) or a pay worth more than the bet size.

The other funny part is the soon my balance hits "0" and i re-deposit the slot comes magically alive again.

But yeah, i've been told all is 100% random, so i won't talk too loud this time :D

So I've always wondered about that myself. Many times have I busted out, re-deposited and the game does a 180 degree turn and plays looser than anything.

I don't mean to get all tinfoil-ey but it does make you dubious doesn't it

That's why I make all my posts towards the chance of 'random' actually having a totally different definition when it comes to slots on here as jokey and tongue in cheek as possible.

I like my limbs where they are and if ever I/We were to make genuine proven evidence that slots are (resists the word 'rigged') then I'm sure I/we would be ridiculed moments after posting and there would be tin foil hat and mocking posts a plenty.

Truth remains these 'instances' and 'patterns' remain all too regular and common to be 'random' or 'luck' based.

Impossible to explain but my best attempt would be to say when these instances do happen it is 'The House Edge' in all its shining glory making no attempt to disguise itself whatsoever.

After prolonged play, theoretically slots really should be the most mundane and predictable pastime ever with just minor fluctuations here and there. The fact that such sharp spikes tend to occur within very small timeframes sometimes feels like a falsified entertainment factor 'thrown in' to keep people playing. Mostly we can accept this as the slot's pre-determined natural variance but when the game takes a strange turn directly after a new deposit, one does suspect some type of compensation is at play.

*let it be known I kove it when I'm winning, and the above point does not matter at that time

Alright alright Jon, we get it you bastard!

This is like one's mum getting out the photo album whenever someone visits :Read::thumbsup:

LMAO!! :notworthy

What makes it worse is every time I get the chance (and I will stop now, promise) to post that screenie, I am also torturing myself.

Been months since I've had a hit a tenth of that size and never will I see anything like that again!

Time to drag it to the darkest depths of my archives.

I'll keep it outta sight forever as long as I don't see another DOA Wild Line posted 2 minutes after my next bust, usually at the same casino too :p:p:eek::eek:

To be honest though, I don't really blame you for whoring that screenie about. If I had that happen to me I'd have it tattooed on my forehead (in reverse, obviously)

Then I'd go all Buffallo Bill in front of the mirror pretty much every night. My partner would just have to learn to deal with it....after I've put the lotion in the basket for her

^^ Pretty sure I'm on the right track with this one   ^^

Been a while since I watched Silence of the Lambs'

Right lines please :confused::confused:

(Don't you just hate it when quality jokes are wasted on over tired idiots like me )

Well here's a few to jog your memory. Here's a few choice snippets for when you next get a wonderhit.

"It rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again"

"Put the fucking lotion in the basket!"

[to a mirror]" Would you fuck me? I'd fuck me. I'd fuck me hard. I'd fuck me so hard.

etc!

Always warms the cockles of my heart knowing that casinos take our concerns seriously and are doing their utmost to improve the service for paying customers.

It probably got filed in 'things to do' alongside what toilet paper to buy for the staff toilets or who's going to organize the Christmas raffle

Had cashin after cashin when the slots were running the 2 weeks without problems.

Last week the errors started again and I made it once!!! past my starting balance by more than 20$ before busting out in huge runs without a 5OAK or bonus round no matter what slot i have played. And by huge i mean 500 - 1000+ spins including the disconnections in between

This might sound strange, and may purely be coincidence.
But last week when i was getting a lot of lag at, i think it was, Thrills.

I decided to check my internet connection. so I did an online speed test.
It just showed what I was expecting, quick ping, and 70 meg download speed, can't remember the upload speed. but there were no surprises.

Except ALL the lag disappeared as soon as the tests completed.

Like I say, it might just be coincidence, or it may be that downloading and uploading those dummy files, could have unclogged something or other.

might be worth a try though, since it only takes a couple of minutes
