Expired ontario driver's license for verification?

Anyone succesfull at using their expired ontario driver's license for verification? Currently you don't have to renew your driver's license until further notice so i haven't done it. I also would not go in person to get it renewed. I'm running into problems right now as I also don't have a passport so i don't know what to use for verification at a new site I play at.

depends on the casino, I suppose.
I've used my Health Card at 99.9% of casinos, explaining it's a govt issued piece with imbedded hologram,
Fight and try, best I can say

Probably not......if there is an expiry date it will most likely be viewed as invalid, I get where you are coming from but I would bet that most countries have no idea or an understanding of regional Covid rules........FFS provincially we have issues.....its all such a mess

fair enough. i mean i guess i can pay for a renewal online but i hate to do it when i don't need it renewed yet. i'll wait and see how they deal with my response. thanks guys

Never understood the issue with expired licenses when it comes to simple casino verification. I mean, just because your license expires for its intended use it doesn't mean you suddenly cease to be that person. It's madness to be honest when you stop and think about it. It still proves it's you, it just has no validity for it's intended use as a form of proof for driving a vehicle.
