This type of promotion is never particularly well supported, and with the added restrictions of only 2 game providers and a minimum stake of 0.50. it seems to be even less well supported.

Why do not people seem to enjoy these type of promotions though? They're pretty easy to score some cash, and there's so many prizes in this comp that at this rate even a screenshot of a 1x win will bring in some cash. I can see why they decided on Red Tiger and Play nGo .. I've been trying to improve my score since my post and I've already lost over half of my winnings by doing so. Both providers can be absolutely brutal and at the bet size of 0,5 or higher, a 50 or even 100€ deposit won't last long. Can you imagine if one of those providers was Blueprint instead? It would've been even worse

Personally I think what Ikibu tried to do last time is a bit better take on this format though .. Giving FS to players on deposit, and then highest amounts won win some extra prizes. Problem with Ikibu was that they decided to offer the FS on NotEnt games ... Really bad move. I'd rather have had the FS on Red Tiger than NotEnt

I have no idea why they're not well supported. I've entered several in the past. So I'm not, in any way, complaining about this type of promotion.
I was just pointing out that if the promotions guys at Chance Hill had looked back through previous promotions, They might have had more realistic expectations.

I might have entered this one, except I don't particularly like PnG, have absolutely no experience of Red Tiger and have had so many problems with accounts at MT Secure Trade being blocked (seemingly at random) and then having to contact various sites to trace back to where the original trigger for the blocks came from, that it wasn't worth the effort.

I would try out Chance Hill myself, but I am already signed up to a few sites under the MT Secure Trade label and I don't want to sign to yet another one since all games are pretty much the same across the sites as a Canadian. The promotion is something I would try if it was 40 cents and up though.

Not familiar to me as in I havent played there - so more, that I don't generally join these competitions where I've not played before, because there's the matter of setting up docs and will they or wont they take my ID, do they have a library of games Canadian friendly, do they take CAD , do they require CC scans of discposable CCs etc etc I'm sure the casino is trustworthy if it's accredited - it's just one I havent played and set up at.
Someone asked why more people don't play these competitions - for me, it's because they aren't generally at casinos I frequent.

To be fair though, that is the whole point of the competition, acquisition and retention.
At the moment you could open an account, deposit 20 and pretty much guarantee 100 as a prize, from the looks of it, a 0.5x multiplier will win 50euro at least.

Oh, I don't see anything wrong with the competition and running them.
But also, sure you could pretty much be guaranteed a prize...but not if you join in the beginning - youve no guarantee 100 members won't join in.
It looks to be a good competiton - Im not slagging the casino or contest, I was just asnswering the question why more people don't join them. That's just the reason for me personally...I just don't play a tthat many different casinos, and Chance Hill is one I havent played.

Did a £50 deposit, my bank has authorised it, the chance hill screen said successful, but it wasn't added to my balance.
I have spoken to my bank, as requested by live chat, and was told theres nothing wrong with the transaction, its been authorised by them and to speak to the retailer.

Now I know it was sorted but not until he had asked me to ring the bank, and still said it probably wasn't your end, as 100's of other payments had gone through in the last hour. Why didn't he talk to your finance department first before blaming everything else? Especially as he clearly stated it was being held by my bank, which was obviously made up as it wasn't. I hate stuff like that, really puts me off depositing, if I hadn't been pushy I will bet it wouldn't have been sorted until I went back on in 24 hours to complain again.
