I went from a Neteller account to Click2Pay then they dumped us then Ecocard then they were caught then it was "by invitation only" to Quicktender. God, I just love living in the land of the free

I am wondering why none of the Casino Reps have come in and confirmed or deny the letter that went out stating that they were seized. I know on another forum the Rep from Mainstreet group did confirm it, but so far they are the only ones.
I went back to live chat at EWX again today ( I go everyday) and they are still reading from the same script. Even when you point it out that it is on the forums and message boards, they skirt aroud it. When you ask to speak with their manager, (Who knows if you actually get their manager or someone other CSR saying they are the manager) they read from the same script and tell you they won't comment on rumors.
So it is still a waiting game.

Pretty sure they're just doing what they've been told to do.
It sounds like qt is being bombarded with new accounts. Imagine that.![]()
Isn't QT now only by invitation only? When I set up my account years ago, you didn't need an invite. In the last few months, I've seen very little interaction in a thread between players and casino reps.
The rest boils down to knowing your casino and what they will and wont do because there are many that still stick to the rules and take care of the player the best they can. Which isn't always easy when it comes to american players. I understand your frustration ksech as do most players in this forum paying any attention at all. The only thing I can say is it's been this way for awhile now and I guess you have to decide for yourself whether it's worth it or not. I cut my depositing down to very little the last year or more because of the same b.s. you mention in your post. When you feel like no one has to follow any set rules except you the player, you know you're screwed before you even begin.
I still prefer qt coming and going and don't mind the fees as I feel they are reasonable for what I get in return and that is a lot more than I can say for my american made bank with all their b.s. fees. As for posting these things all over the forums it has become necessary to keep it low key or under the radar maybe and that's unfortunate for new players although I'm pretty sure the same info can still be found at most of the other forums unless things have changed very recently.
I think I have to agree with you on casino reps because I've noticed a few threads where a poster asks for a rep to reply or hopes one will but I bet we'd find in most or all of them, there's no reply. I think if the problem is serious enough to the player, and the rep wont reply then the player might do well to ask one of the moderators here. That's what I would do anyway.
But like I said it's been this way for awhile now imo and only you can decide if it's worth it or not. I have a problem with authority so the more the govt. tries to stop me, the more I want to playThe rest boils down to knowing your casino and what they will and wont do because there are many that still stick to the rules and take care of the player the best they can. Which isn't always easy when it comes to american players.
For what it's worth, if more players were like you, the way you try to keep up on everything that is c-a-s-i-n-o, the bad guys wouldn't have such an easy time ripping us off.![]()
Maybe the reps are concerned because they have funds tied up in EWE like the players do and they don't want to stir the pot?
It does irritate the hell out of me that merchants are apparently told one thing but customers are told the same lame excuse day after day. Also, the possible charade of going through the motions of player withdrawals when EWE can't flat out do it is unprofessional and fraudulent.
Thanks for links and info Nash, I an worried now. I have over 10 grand in my account from my win at LuckyRed a few weeks ago. And another grand from other casinos that were processed on Monday and Tuesday that still have not hit my account. I don't know what to do or think now.

I closed out any open (non-dormant accounts) about 3 months ago. When I could no longer fund using my bank card I called it quits. I didn't want to be told I had a minimum amount I could deposit into an ewallet and pay a fee. Then if I actually won anything, have to pay a fee BACK to the ewallet to withdraw to my bank account and then face an international wire fee on top of that. Granted the fee amounts were relatively small, but it's the ethics of the whole deal.
For those who can/are still playing, I hope you do so with the utmost care. Who knows what these crazy politicians will come up with next. I wouldn't put it past them to come up with bogus accounts in forums such as this to see who they can track. It wouldn't be worth it for the small time player, but anyone who is a high roller, I'd think seriously about posting ANYTHING which could hurt you financially.
Just because we go by aliases, doesn't mean there aren't ways to hack and get information. And with banks changing over from VISA to MC for bank/debit cards, this says a lot too, in my book. We all know Master Card pretty much shut down on online gambling in February of this year. Looks like VISA may be following suit. Banks are buckling down on international transactions.
New and improved (NOT!) ewallets are popping up left and right hoping to cash in on the US players. I'm sure we will soon be seeing multiple threads on "roguish" ewallets. Roguish casinos will become a vague and not too distant memory.
Lack of communication by casino reps leaves one wondering what they are hiding, or if they are being kept in the dark by EWX (which seems highly unlikely, as they most certainly would want to keep up on ANYTHING which will affect THEIR funds). But then again, perhaps they are living by the old adage of "loose lips sink ships"....
***As of 8:51 AM ET - 19 casino reps logged into the site so far today, how many actually participated in a thread????***
I noticed that too Ksech, I was wondering why they have not come in and commented also.
But my question is this, even if they are told to be quiet about the seizure, there are so many ways without saying anything about the seizure to let the players know what is exactly going on. But they chose not to. WHY? I can't figure this one out.
To give you an example, here in the US you can not accuse anyone of stealing merchandise from a store. However, if you know someone has stolen an item, like a shirt, and placed it in their handbag, shopping bag etc, you can ask them something like this "Would you like to pay for the shirt in your bag?" Your not accusing them of stealing, but letting them know you know they have a shirt in their bag that has not been paid for.
Do you see what I am saying? Why someone won't say anything makes me think most of what you have said is true.

John-Henry: It is the same for everyone, that is why it is pretyped.

Hello CM Members,
Okay so on a daily basis I go to EWX live help to see if there is anything new. As we all know, NO, they are still giving us the prewritten script that it is technical difficulties. Today I tried a different approach, I didn't ask if these technical difficulties were fixed. As you are reading the chat look at what John-Henery writes in his comments. Do you think he is agreeing with me on my first statement?( I have highlighted the text in red, and highlighted the response from John-Henry is blue.) A part of me does. Let me know what you guys think.
I bet that was pretyped, too. In fact, eWalletXpress has probably fired all of its employees and created a few simple scripts with names like "John-Henry.php".
Wait 30 seconds after a user types something and randomly generate one of five or six pretyped responses.
Great way to curb expenses! My sympathies go out to anyone who has money tied up here.

Early in November, many players noticed that eWalletXpress was disappearing from many online gambling sites, and even ceased to be available through the cashier of many online gambling sites. When asked about the problem, eWalletXpress customer service informed consumers that they were experiencing “technical issues,” but the truth is turning to be explained by circumstances that are much more dire.
This week, management at a major online gambling informed SportsbookGurus that a federal warrant has been served to eWalletXpress. Like NETeller before it, eWalletXpress is likely to pull out of the American market immediately in order to prevent serious litigation, fines, seizures and damages.
Very few specific details have been released, but sources have been stating that funds are already being seized. The amount of money that has allegedly been seized or frozen has not yet been determined.
Account holders who have money in their eWalletXpress account can currently request to receive their funds through the e-mail address . They are not sending out checks, but they will allegedly transfer funds back into checking accounts when the “technical issues are resolved.”
Many online gambling sites, particularly the larger ones such as Bodog and Intertops, have already been heavily affected. In the case where eWalletXpress was a primary deposit method, the loss is a heavy burden to bear. Fortunately, new deposit options are becoming more prevalent through many of the online casinos, such as WinPalace and Cherry Red, sportsbooks, and poker rooms.
Since the trouble began with eWalletXpress, several new deposit methods had been introduced to gambling sites that used eWalletXpress. MyPayLinQ and Digital-Pin are two examples of these.
UseMyWallet remains one of the few long running deposit options available to USA players. UseMyWallet is an invitation only service, but UseMyWallet sign up can easily be achieved through any reputable gambling site that accepts this method.
UseMyWallet is wise alternative to eWalletXpress due to the elevated security of this deposit method, as well as their similarities. UseMyWallet is widely available through all forms of gambling site, with an emphasis on sportsbooks and online casinos.
Assorted prepaid cards are also an option, including those that can be purchased online and in stores, ranging from Wal-Marts to convenience stores. Prepaid Card Casinos, sportsbooks, and poker sites are proving to be very valuable during this period of uncertainty.
Since the saga against deposit options continues in the United States, players are once again urged to write their senators and representatives requesting that the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, or the UIGEA, be over turned. The Internet Gambling Regulation, Consumer Protection, and Enforcement Act, or HR 2267, is still working its way through Congress, spear-headed by Barney Frank, though it seems that the bill has fallen stagnant.
Having passed through the the House Financial Services Committee, HR 2267 was meant to be brought into the House of Representatives. Shortly after passing through the committee, the House went into the a period in which representatives handled case work. Elections further postponed the issue, and it is unlikely that HR 2267 will resurface before the year is through.

Time for a review or reality update. This is what I know ....
If funds were seized, wouldn't there be something official by now? Am I wrong or missing anything?
My thought exactly.

It is amazing that someone somewhere doesn't know a little something and or wont spill it. Let's get Wikileaks on it.![]()

I have over 10k here![]()
I doubt Wikileaks has time to but they sure as heck might know something. I've been searching this morning for any new tidbit on EWX but so far haven't found much. Sure is strange.![]()

Bryan can't you find out anything? You know people who know people etc. etc. etc.
just a thought.

All I know is that the US Federal Government has seized all funds from eWalletXpress. That's about it. Hopefully they will release the monies owed to players, but this is the Federal Government. I wouldn't get your hopes up.
