I have played about 2 months in www mysportsbook.com.
This casino has a regular 10% bonus on all Thurday with Neteller, so I applied for nearly 10 times, the single maximum bonus is 100 dollars so that is about 1000 dollars. And the wagering requirement is 22 times the bonus. For all the bonus I have met the wagering requirement except the final two times.
In fact, the final three i have deposited 3000 dollars into my account, and i lost about 800 dollars and received 300 bonus, so i have a balance of 2500.
After i checked my wagering requirement status and found that I have not met the last 200 dollars bonus requirement, I made a withdraw of 2300 and left the 200 bonus still in my account.
But, I only received about 1500 dollars.
Here is the last e-mail i received from the casino.

"Dear xxx,

I have contacted our withdrawals department regarding the amount sent
to you
in your previous withdrawal. Although you requested that $2372.00 be
sent, we
had to remove $904.65 in unearned bonuses. As such the amount to be
sent was
$1467.35. This amount was combined with your other withdrawal for
$61.65, and
a total of $1529.00 was sent to your Neteller account, the amount that
you
have received.

As such there is no discrepancy in the withdrawal you received.

If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us
here.

Kind Regards
Nick

I can help you by telling you to take off your account number and email address from your post ... unless you just want to be spammed.

Nobody can give some useful suggestions?

I can, but it'll be a long, hard road in my opinion. In the first place, you're posting in the wrong forum - this is casinos, and the organisation in question is one of the infamous "Sportingbet" sports book licensees. I recently had an identical experience to you, and was paid. However, the book you played at is less regarded than mine, and Sportingbet licensees have a long history of pulling stunts like these on players.

You need to contact people with pull with the sports books. Bill Dozer, when he's not getting beaten up in Costa Rica by the Bet Royal thugs, is the number one man. Contact details:

Equally, Offshore Wire has reported progress with Sportingbet screw jobs in recent times, so you could give them a go:

I see no harm in posting details of your complaint in both forums if you want to, as long as it's factual and without heat.

Also, Sportingbet, spectacularly unbelievably, are a listed company on the UK stock exchange. If it comes to it and is worth it to you, you might consider legal action against them. If they find themselves getting sued, I think they would pay up sharpish - this has already happened as I recall. I contemplated this course myself, but it was unnecessary as it turned out, and would probably have been prohibitively expensive anyway.

Spot the absolute similarity - same CSR even:

Dear (me),

I have been in contact with our Withdrawals department and they have advised that the funds removed from your account were unearned bonuses.

As per our sites rules, any Bonus that is not earned when you request a
withdrawal will be removed from your withdrawal.

We will not be crediting these funds back.

If you have any queries regarding this policy, or and further questions, please
do not hesitate to contact us here

Kind Regards
Nick.

Sincerely,

BetUSA's Customer Service Team

Happily, the "we will not be crediting back..." sentence proved to be incorrect. :)

Although these emails ostensibly come from the individual licensee, it's actually centralised Sportingbet support that send them. This is why my case was resolved - the BetUSA manager simply overrode his lords and masters at Sportingbet.
