    Is anybody having problems with casinos like Guts, Thrills and Casino-Cruise all run on EveryMatrix platform?

    I cant load any MGS slots and the Netent slots I'm getting one or two spins then kicked out.

    Yeah I made a deposit and have lost most of it on 1 and 2 losing spin sessions on Netent slots.

    It's really annoying and this seems like a monthly occurrence with this provider.

    They have 51 casino clients apparantly, and a lot of money not being deposited.

    I wonder if fines are involved for loss of income.

    Hi there!

    First of all, thank you all for keeping an eye on our website operators and reporting issues.

    The issue reported on January 22nd is true and it did affect several of our operators for some moments. We were under a DDOS type of attack but our server structure and protection managed to wear it out, with some issues being reflected live though, as you have correctly identified. Such things are not common, but they do happen, unfortunately. When they happen, we pull all our guns and shields out as well, and rest assured, we always keep adding the latest and best stuff available.

    Apart from this, we're going to regularly check this forum from now on an and reply where needed, but whenever you feel like your gameplay on any of our operators' websites is not in top shape, do drop us a line at This email is not visible to you., and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
