I get a message when I try to log into their site that I need to contact security. And the contact method seems to be email form, which doesn't seem overly fast.

Anyone else seen this?

(I may have tried to make purchases at two different casinos in very quick succession, which may have caused the probelm.)

I got the same messege from them. Yes, last month they did an update on my account and it took me a week to have it reopened. They requested my license, bank statement/utility bill with my address and name on it. No photos were accepted. It had to be an original scan.

I guess they are checking accounts and updating them as the new year is started.

.

In my case I had actually made a purchase just 30 seconds before the lock, so it may have been something else.

No response to my email yet, do they have a phone number or anything?

They should be responding to you shortly as it is usually done within 8 hours normally, at least this has been my experience with them over the last several years..

Here was their response:
Due to a technical error on the QuickTender website, your account was closed upon login. This error has been corrected, and your account is now open and ready to be used. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
And the account works normally. Strange.

Just a 2 day unplanned hiatus from any gambling, I guess. :)
