Europlaycasino. Made the request for withdrawal 1050$ of 15.06.2013
With the approval of the manager in the live support.
Sent all the necessary documents and waited.
After 7 days of waiting turned to online support service with a question - when I get a prize?
The answer was - everything ok, will soon receive. It's been 18 days, no output.
The post office did not respond. In the lobby, there is no casino online chat all the time.
5 days ago I was on the phone to support the site, the operator checked and said everything was ok, the payment will be soon.
What to do?

Yesterday was an interesting case.

May contain browser hijacking malicious software/trojan horse

Just to let people know I would avoid this casino like the plague as when I downloaded it the casino opened then I went to download a slot to play my internet browser went offline the second I did this and I could not get back on the net When I tried to enable my internet it said I didn't have admin rights to do so even though I am admin as its my damn computer. This did this everytime I tried to open it so I got shot of europalace completely also caused a massive pain in the ass as my internet wouldn't come back on for hours had to scan with malware bytes,spybot Snd Avg antivirus and eusing reg cleaner which isn't fun as each individual scan takes hours to finish!
 
I did mean Europlay nothing wrong with Europalace.

Made a typo there yes it is europlay definitely the company probably not aware that it contains malware hijack software though as I spoke to them on live chat and they were helpful but is it worth the hassle when there are tons of other freebies from casinos that don't contain dodgy download software. As for europalace I'm very fond of this casino and have had no issues with them whatsoever.
