Europalace waiting too long for cashout

so the below copy paste email was from 31 last month
. and that is after

more time took ,between now and than . to receive more requests from the player security ,

that requsted and received the passport stamping , from the border passport control , of the new country i am in , since my account was registered in 2010 other adress.

no less than 2 bank statment from my local bank here were emailed them , just to receive today , that they may be need to translate the document next week .

Seems to me, the majority of casinos always take abit of time when it comes to verifying your account, but once your'll over that part - everything else is a breeze.

Europalace is one of my favourite casinos - ok, I havent won huge amounts on it, but I have had lots of little wins, which keeps me happy.. lol!

Once your'll verified, your'll find cash outs alot faster, its only the first cashout thats abit of a hassle.

I like Europalace, I've been with them for the last 2 years and had no problems :) so dont worry, you will get paid:thumbsup:

i know europalace should be a ligit place and a paying to players casino , sort of speak ,

but 20 days to verify documents is too long only the viplounge group do the 10 plus 10 days to verify and than 10 to process and they say it clearly in the terms .

so have you deposited more than one time there?
 
It must be frustrating for casinos that countries insist on issuing ID documents in their native language, rather than English:rolleyes:

This really shouldn't stump a casino, as they should have procedures in place to handle all the languages of the countries they support. It may well be that players have enough English to cope, but when it comes to the documentation stage, they are always going to have this problem.

It seems they don't have a solution to hand, so have to send the documents for translation on a case by case basis, which seems to create a long wait.
 
europalace verified docs today

so the docs were verified i just saw now they have translation website maby 9 different languages but not bulgarian .
