I decieded to have a look at Coral/Eurobet live dealer games (roulette, BJ, baccarat). They have nice dealers, according to site pics ;). But when I press "Play" button I get a white screen in a new window and even no HTML code for it :(. I contacted support (upload latest browser, clean cookeis, bla-bla), asked a couple of friends to try - all the same :(.
So does anyone managed to play there? Any secrets ;)? Maybe someone will care to try?

I asked this question a few weeks ago in the Other Complaints section, didn't get a reply from anyone.

I had/am having the same problem, and now that you are too, I'm 100% sure it's on their side. Support also told me it was my problem.

And weren't they supposed to get a brand new WagerWorks casino a few weeks back? Nothing there either. Very bizzare, Eurobet!

Updae your flash

I think updating your flash player will help you.
Usually casinos use FlashMX technology for "instant play" mode developing.

I tried Firefox and MSIE, both the latest, I have the latest ver.9 flash. I thought bad about my firewall (it was the case with Microgaming live dealer), but working without firewall and anti-virus didn't help too.

I thought it can be some filter for Russia (some casinos don't like my country), but as I<3Microgaming have the same problem in Canada, I'm clueless now :(.

According to the polls half of players here play live casinos, did anyone succeed at Eurobet?

P.S. Two days ago they had "Maintenance" sign on Live casino, but nothing changed for me after it was over.

Just wondering. Does a live dealer not defeat the purpose? I mean does it mean really slow games? Ive played the live dealer roulette machines in the casino. They are filming one of the tables in the casino but its hell of a slow. I dont mind if a few of us are sitting around with a beer but otherwise Id rather be at the table. Online, I want everything instantly. Am I missing the point?

The point is to be able to play a game with real cards with a real dealer, but in the comfort of your own computer. Just like the real, "live", casino experience. The cards that make your hand are real and drawn by a real dealer in real time. Some really like that as a change from "software" cards.

And for those like me who believe you are not always getting a purely random game online, a large benefit is the chance to play with pure, real odds instead of so-called random number generators. IMO that fact alone greatly overcomes the inconvenience of a slower game.
