Every Time i have deposited,my money just gets vacuumed up.The sight should be called English Vacuum !
I made a refer a friend request through there refer a friend link,as friend clicked the link from his e-mail,deposited 4 different times( 2-$100 & 2- $50 ) and they will not give me the refer a friend bonus,..I talked with 5 different chat people and e-mail the support 3 times just to get no-response .

I've been trying to get my refer a friend bonus and dealing with those people are terrible.English Harbor is a must avoid.Especially in a world economy crash. There a casino vacuum! Beware!

This is minor hassle, I do not know of any casino where you can simply go in and delete the credit card info. Besides this, if the casino is dodgy, all this does is delete the numbers from your deposit options, they STILL have a record on file from any deposits you have made.
If in any doubt, the safest option is to ask the card company to reissue the card under a new number. If the card company ask why, tell them you have done business with a merchant, and they refuse to delete your current details even though you are no longer going to use the card there, and this causes you to be concerned that the stored information might be misused to take money from the card.

With accredited casinos, deleting cards has to be done through a procedure, in some cases, providing last 4 digits, date of birth, and casino account number, even then, the casino will still have purchase records for that card. I have seen terms in some casinos that state they keep your data for up to 6 years even after you formally request account closure. One obvious reason they would do this is so that you cannot open another account the following year, have the SUB all over again, close account, and repeat annually.

WTF happened!! It was the RIGHT thread when I hit "reply", but the first posts I was actually commenting on simply vanished after I had finished, and all that is left is the hijack from "thebigidy".

Something odd has been happening, did someone split the thread while I was in it?

PS - I am only drinking fruit squash:p

Ya, that was me. So where does this stuff belong? Someone have the URL?

@thebigidy:

You seem to have missed some of our forum etiquette training. There are two problems with your postings:

1) It is very unwise to post your issues on the boards while you have a Pitch-A-Bitch in progress. Please see this section of the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ for details:
Q: I have already, or would like to, post about my complaint on the message boards. Is that a good idea?

2) You are posting your message, virtually the same one, around our various forums. This is called 'cross-posting' and it is seriously frowned on because it creates a mess that we moderators have to clean up. Please stop! One thread in the proper location is good. Various threads and random postings around the site is very not good.

I've already PM'd you about this but you don't seem to have read it. Oh well, I'll PM you a link to this in case figure things out.

How come he's allowed to post in this section at all when he's only made 5 posts & only has 10 rep points...?

Max split the thread - very confusing:confused:

As for the OP, he won't have 10 rep points for long if he keeps this kind of thing up. He has complained, well, whined, in several new threads. It seems there is no real issue other than the fact his deposits have vanished far too quickly for his liking, and is blaming whichever casino happens to have given him a bad run. He has not given us more details, such as games played, stake, amount deposited, and sample size (number of spins/hands till bust).

When you make a vague complaint to CS such as "my deposit went too quickly", they can only offer a similarly vague response. Sometimes, a pitboss will drop a small free chip in if they feel the gameplay was unduly harsh, and they may even offer a little advice on strategy.

Perhaps he has gone to cool off, and can review these posts in a calmer light, and see if there is any advice out here that might help him.

For a start, there's your site KK, and your formula for making a steady long term profit from what casinos offer to REPEAT depositors. This is just the kind of strategy needed to rebuild a depleted bankroll, even if this is not his usual style. Looking for additional promos to go along with both your deposit and wagering boosts the overall return, and can occasionally lead to 100%+ for sustained periods.

Ive seen large deposits go fast and have made small deposits and done well, its all about imo building up a bankroll even if its on a free comp and running with it sometimes ,you can win but most of the time be prepared to lose. If your mindset on hitting the big one, you can forget it, but if your having fun and enjoying the games it might just jump up and shock the hell out of you, i know this to be true for me anyways........laurie:)

Max split the thread - very confusing:confused:

More confusing than having this crap stuck into the middle of an otherwise perfectly good thread? I think not, hence the split. But yes, because of your posting while I was splitting things did get a bit munged up. Shit happens, no?

Um, he isn't, hence my PMs to him to get him straightened out. Seems to have failed all around. Ugh!

I have to agree about them sucking however. When they became accredited, I signed up, made a deposit, had it hoovered quick time and god such terrible software :eek2:

I found the same with Hot Pepper (same software, but ages ago). Games took FOREVER to load, and each individual spin also took FOREVER. At the same, the mighty resource hungry Microgaming software ran pretty well. I did not play again at Hot Pepper (R.I.P) because of the terrible software.
3 years later, and nothing much has improved it seems.
If deposits are all "hoovered up", either the bets are too big for the deposit amount, or the games are much higher variance than they look.
If they were not accredited I would have also suggested the payouts were set far lower than the norm of 95% - which would have the same result.
