Energycasino suprised with the fasted payout ever

JShort - I had a similar issue (and still have) playing at Casumo. Their automated withdrawal page does not work for me (Australia). The issue they believe has to do with inputting the iban number. In Australia the iban number is not used, instead we use BSB/BranchCode + Account number combined as our iban but this does not work on their withdrawal page (they told me my iban number was too short but I don't think they realized in Australia we don't even use iban).

So what I did when I realized I had this issue I notified their CS who in turn told me to e-mail their finance department with my issue. I did that and whilst this issue of using their automated withdrawal has not been resolved yet I am able to request a manual withdrawal via e-mail of which I have done for the past month. They respond relatively fast and the money comes in my bank 1-3 days after they have approved it via e-mail. I believe they are working on it to fix this issue as it will definitely affect Australian players at their casino.

I think you should try the same approach I did if you haven't already and if they are not able to manually withdraw to your bank account after you give them all your bank details via e-mail then there is a serious issue here.

Energycasino managed to fix the withdrawal page (supposedly) and I emailed their support with the banking info. Now they are having an issue with their payment provider and are waiting to hear back from them I'm told.....Perhaps this is true because another casino I withdrew from (7Red) appears to be having the same problem.

Anyway, I agree with other posters that their CS support reply very fast indeed. But Canadian players definitely should avoid this casino in the meantime. Actually they should probably block players with IP addresses from Canada until this problem is resolved! What if someone deposit a huge sum?!
 
Okay I guess I will be the critical one here who who comes up and complains.

They offer to players from Canada but currently their payments processor is unable to send out withdrawals here via Bank Transfer (and this is the only option available since Skrill and Neteller are off-limits in Canada)........I've been waiting for over two weeks for Energycasino and one other UK casino to send funds but am stuck.

I think it has something to do with IBAN codes being unrecognizable in Canada while UK processors cannot interpret Transit/institute numbers. My own banks says this is BS because you only need a bank address and SWIFT code, however Energycasino isn't the only place that seems to be unable to transfer my winnings via bank transfer so............

On the plus note, their support is fast responding and perceivably polite.

What's sure, is that we contacted our payment processor to solve this case. Our payment team will inform you as soon as we will get new informations. Sadly, these type of issues are completely out of my control but I will follow this case to find out what happened exactly. Don't worry you are in safe hands and our team will contact you directly when we will get a response from the payment provider. Blocking the Canadian IP's would be not the best solution as long as it seems to be a unique issue (seems to be not our fault...) but I can assure you in case it is a general problem with the Canadian payments our team will fix it in no time.

Dont know if its been covered here but on checking the terms of the 100% Sign up bonus seems that

Why do some casinos have an aversion to E-Wallets and bonuses ? Surely one of the most secure ways to deposit.
I remember ladbrokes used to put massive play through for Neteller deposits.

Haven't registered with your casino yet, mainly due to that i deposit with Neteller and Skrill and you never have promos available when using them. Looking forward to see that CM exclusive, but please make it valid for all deposit methods. :D

so far I am not so lucky, request wire transfer w/d, was denied because I dep'd with a credit card, a prepaid credit card that is a total hassle trying to get money out of other than spending online, my winnings were put back in my casino account, I did what they requested and now get an unable to process transaction, contact c/s.........

In my oppinion, since you already verify your age with Skrill/Neteller, then a KYC would not be required. But if using a credit card, then I believe it should be mandatory ..

Please check page 2 and 3 of this thread we already had a discussion about this topic. The KYC can be done at any time in most of the cases when a user use 1 deposit method and the same withdrawal method then the KYC process will be done right after you reach a total transaction limit (usually 2300 €).

Hi Brian, maybe better directed at Norbert :) .....when i click on the link i get a blank page saying: EnergyCasino is unavailable in your country.

However, when i enter energycasino.com into my browser the page is loading with no problems.

Question is now, does Energy Casino accept players from Thailand? or is just that link with the special CM bonus offer not available for me?

Oh, and are players depositing with Neteller now getting the welcome bonus or the CM special bonus?
