My experiences with energy casino are very positive.
Very fast payout, friendy cs, quick response to e-mails.
I was having a bit of a brutal run and was very happy to receive a loyalty comp.

The only ting that was bothering me and actually keeping me from depositing more was the €10 withdrawal fee.
I am used to cashout small starting with 100€. I have a rule to cashout about 3-4x my deposit.
I made 3 cashouts first one for about 200€ (no fee), second one 190 (-10) = 180, third one 110 -(10)=100.
Then the 10€ is a big percentage of te total withdrawal.
As I am a redbet regular and I do not have to pay any fee there well that is an easy choice then, redbet it is.
However without the fee, energy casino is aserious contender for my deposits.
I will certainly be playing at energy casino so maybe I will become a VIP in the future. .

i would immediately give them a try as i love novo games, but for a casino to be so e-wallet unfriendly is something i simply can't understand these days. if you punish e-wallet players with less bonuses it's just not fair as e-wallets ar enot just for players, also for the casino the cheapest way of a transaction.

They are all really hard to win on so i chose the 15 fs now as every 10-20 rounds it would give me 200-300x whereas 25 fs would always pay u b/w 10x - 100x.(This is based on personal experience, not the stats)

99 out of 100 times i choose 10 free spins with 5 x multiplier. I am playing this slot pretty much every day and did at some point a sort of test. 20 sessions choosing the 10fs, 20 sessions the 15 fs, 20 sessions the 20fs and 20 sessions the 25fs.... i was far far ahead with the 10fs and 5x multiplier.....so i stick to that now

in the past 2 or so years i had quite few payouts >1000 x bet, 3 x 5 wilds in free spins and 2 x 5 scatter in free spins and lots of 100+ payouts....but of course you get as well very small payouts too in between.

Oh! Oh! I know this one...I got the five Vikings (where's my screenshot...? I was not so cool, before joining Casinomeister as to take screenshots...!)......and on a low amount of money, such as 30 cents or 60 cents...it paid ot about $100 to $120...I would've thought more. Okay I guess I will be the critical one here who who comes up and complains.

They offer to players from Canada but currently their payments processor is unable to send out withdrawals here via Bank Transfer (and this is the only option available since Skrill and Neteller are off-limits in Canada)........I've been waiting for over two weeks for Energycasino and one other UK casino to send funds but am stuck.

I think it has something to do with IBAN codes being unrecognizable in Canada while UK processors cannot interpret Transit/institute numbers. My own banks says this is BS because you only need a bank address and SWIFT code, however Energycasino isn't the only place that seems to be unable to transfer my winnings via bank transfer so............

On the plus note, their support is fast responding and perceivably polite.
